Hotel Cappuccino

The room is way too small—there isn't even a desk! It's not even as good as a budget hotel back in China and is only suitable for one person. If two people stay here, you won't even have space for your luggage, and it's hard to even turn around in the room. The staff's English is pretty good, but other than that, there's really nothing much to write home about. No wonder it's considered cheap for the Gangnam area—you get what you pay for.

Had a very comfortable stay. The location is excellent, and the room was very clean and well-designed. The luggage storage service was particularly convenient. My friend and I had a great time. There's a bus stop right outside, and a subway station is just a ten-minute walk away.

Although there's a subway, you still need to transfer lines to get to popular spots. There aren't many convenience stores around. They gave me a room facing the street, which was too noisy. My room was right across from the cleaning supply storage room, so I was woken up by the cleaning staff in the morning. I probably won't consider staying here again next time.

Booked 2 rooms for a business trip with my colleague. The twin room was a decent size, but the single room was quite small overall. There are some good dining options downstairs and on the hill behind the hotel, and getting around is pretty convenient. The only downside is that the slope for parking is way too steep.

Cons: The room was a bit cramped, and the elevator wait times were long. The WiFi was per room, so you had to switch networks if you changed floors. Pros: The breakfast was good, and the rooftop setting with great views was amazing. The toilet was very comfortable, and the staff service was excellent.
