Whenever we have something to celebrate, The Ritz-Carlton, KL is always our favorite hotel to choose. I spent this past weekend here for a birthday staycation, and once again, they delivered a flawless experience. The elegant lounge spaces are beautiful, and the hospitality is top-tier. A huge thank you to the staff for the thoughtful touch of preparing a relaxing bubble bath per our request. It is this level of care that keeps us coming back. We went to the chinese restaurant at 2nd floor for dimsum before checking out and is really tasty.. Highly recommended and for sure will be back again.

Fabulous hotel at a reasonable price. Amazing room with tea/coffee/bottled water provided. Spacious room, king size bed, comfortable. Lovely brownies left when room turned down at night. Floor 4 has an excellent spa area in the changing rooms with sauna, steam room and huge hot tub. Good size swimming pool, a little chilly but splendid after a day exploring KL. Everyone super friendly, polite and very attentive. Location near Bukit Bintang and a plethora of shops nearby from everyday to couture.

A truly wonderful stay at The Ritz-Carlton! ✨ We had such a comfortable and relaxing stay, and the overall experience made it easy for us to sleep well and feel completely at ease. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained, and the location was excellent. What really stood out was the warm hospitality. Every staff member we met greeted us with a genuine smile, which made us feel so welcomed throughout our stay. We had actually planned to try the breakfast and enjoy the spa facilities at the hotel, but unfortunately, our schedule was too packed and we didn’t get the chance this time. Definitely something to look forward to on our next visit! Thank you to the wonderful team at The Ritz-Carlton for making our stay such a pleasant and restful one. ❤️

If I had to describe it in one word, it would be 'huge'! The three-bedroom suite is indeed very spacious. It has a kitchen with cutlery, but no pots and pans. The location is great, with a direct passage leading close to Pavilion. There are also some restaurants and supermarkets nearby. For groceries, remember to search for '99 Speedmart' as it's quite affordable. There's a Damascus restaurant nearby that comes highly recommended, serving Syrian cuisine.

It was my birthday during my stay, and after I left a note, the hotel staff helped decorate the room. The location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk to Pavilion. The hotel's outdoor pool is very clean, and I had a comfortable stay.

The room was decent, a bit dated, but the Eggs Benedict at the lounge breakfast were delicious. The afternoon tea was just average. However, I found the lounge service to be quite poor, especially from some of the male staff members. They seemed to treat guests differently. I sat down for breakfast and wasn't given cutlery for five minutes until I had to ask for it myself. It was very disappointing, and I won't be choosing this hotel again.

The service was truly excellent, from the concierge to the front desk and the staff who showed us to our room. The room itself was a bit small but very clean. I thought the breakfast was decent. My only regret is that the pool at the spa was under maintenance, but everything else was satisfactory.
