The stay at Pullman am am was absolutely fantastic.I would love to book it again the location was perfect the cleanliness was very good and room space offered to us was great for our family of 2 adults and 3 kids .

The service is good, the location is close to the Prophet's Mosque, the room is spacious, there is an iron, hairdryer, minibar, microwave, sink, and prayer mat. The amenities were lacking because we were 4 people in the room but only 1 was provided so we had to ask for another one. Overall, it was good.

spacious room and near nabawi’s men gate. the food is soso varied but dont have any real meat and chicken. almost all processed meat. but overall kids happy kid food station is great.

Best hotel us we trip.com.trip.com charge too much but hotel us the best 5****** and more all thing is best Trip.com not send conformation to hotel but they still help and call and talk with trip.com and confermetion and we stay in lobby.and flight booking is also not good no confermetion on counting flight we pay our pocket No refund back to us what ever they promise so be careful with trip.com hotel is superb thanks

All the staff were very nice and helpful. I even received a free upgrade to a suite room. Really appreciated the warm service and comfortable stay! Housekeeping was great! We called to request some coffee and water, and the staff replied cheerfully, ‘Yes, we’ll give you everything you want!’ It really made our day. Their warm and helpful attitude added to our wonderful stay.

Near to Masjid Nabawi only 5 minutes from hotel👍🏻👍🏻 for men is really good close to gate, but for women need to walk a little bit far to reach gate. but overall nice stay for us

Run and book this hotel. I was worried to book this since it’s my first time in Madinah, but my oh my where can I start. I honestly can’t say enough about our window view, the Amazing customer service, their tasty breakfast and their friendly staff. This for sure will be my go to place in Madinah :) thank you!
