Pujing Waiting Hotel (Shanghai People'S Square Xinzha Road Subway Station)

The room was very clean and located in the city center, right next to the subway station, making it super convenient to get around. Breakfast and late-night snacks were complimentary, and the price was reasonable. There are also bus stops right outside, in addition to the subway.

Great location, right by the subway exit yet still quiet. The staff were also very helpful; when the robots were busy, they personally delivered items, which I really appreciated. They even helped fold my laundry neatly! The breakfast selection was quite diverse. I was lucky enough to get an upgrade, and having a 40-square-meter room in a big city like Shanghai was a real treat.

The service was very attentive, and the late-night snack was also plentiful. It felt really warm and cozy, like a home away from home while traveling. The staff were very enthusiastic, and even when doing laundry, I didn't have to wait long at all.

The hotel is conveniently located right at Exit 5 of Xinzha Road Station on Metro Line 1, offering direct access to the subway. The room facilities are well-maintained, and the breakfast is good, with the added bonus of a late-night snack service. There's also a laundry room, which is great for families traveling with children. The hotel is right by Suzhou Creek, offering beautiful views, and the Sihang Warehouse Memorial is just across the river, within walking distance. My only slight issue was that the bathroom and shower glass was a bit too transparent, which was a little awkward.

This stay was fantastic! The room was clean and bright, and the hygiene standards were excellent, making for a very comfortable stay. Check-in and check-out were efficient, and the hotel's surroundings offered plenty of dining options and convenient transportation, saving a lot of time and effort.

First off, the hotel's location is excellent, right next to the subway station – you're literally out the door and there. Secondly, both the front desk and housekeeping staff were incredibly friendly. The front desk even checked me in early and upgraded my room, and every staff member I met would greet me. Finally, I have to praise the room size for that area in Shanghai; I was truly impressed. The family suite even had amenities like a washing machine, microwave, and refrigerator. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Shanghai.
