Jambuluwuk Malioboro Hotel Yogyakarta

The staff were all very friendly and greeted us with smiles, which left a great impression. We stayed in a superior twin room with two people, and it felt a little cramped. The location is about a 15-minute walk from the bustling downtown area. The garden pool is next to the restaurant, and in August, the water felt a bit cold.

I stayed for 5 days and 4 nights. The room was big and spacious, but the AC wasn't cold and the remote control, which was stuck to the wall, was broken. A technician fixed it, but it couldn't be adjusted afterward. Then, the room door couldn't be opened once locked, so I had to call a technician again. In the end, they told me not to lock the door at all. The hairdryer didn't last long either; it would shut off after 3 minutes due to overheating, and I had to wait for it to cool down before using it again. The location is a bit far from Malioboro. The breakfast wasn't great, but it had a good variety.

I was very satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The service quality was excellent, from a smooth check-in to check-out process. The room was clean, comfortable, and all the facilities worked well. All the staff were also very helpful and responsive to guest needs. Thank you for the exceptional service.

Great value for money and a fantastic location! The hotel has a lovely little garden on the third floor, a swimming pool in the lobby, and a Mexican-themed bar on the second floor that even offers welcome drinks. Overall, the service was excellent.
