Elaf Taiba Hotel

We stayed at Elaf Taiba last week and it was amazing! Every one of the staff at every level from the minute you arrive are all extremely professional and polite. The hotel underwent a renovation so it is immaculate; all of it is very clean and new internally. The breakfast is one of the best I have come across during my visits to the area: very fresh and a huge variety to choose from and calm and relaxed. There are many hotels close to the prophet's mosque, however Elaf Taiba is literally steps away from the women's entrances and accessible for men too. It also is very close to the local shops and restaurants and the golf carts to Quba Mosque also start across the road. Overall a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend to anyone going to Madinah

The customer service was exceptional, with the team going above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed, comfortable, and well looked after throughout our stay. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help truly made a difference and made our experience even more special. The location is absolutely amazing, especially for anyone visiting Madinah for Umrah. Being so close to Masjid an-Nabawi makes everything so convenient, and the beautiful views of the Haram are simply breathtaking. Waking up to such a beautiful view is an experience in itself and something we will always remember. The hotel was comfortable, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff made us feel valued as guests. It is the little touches, genuine care, and outstanding hospitality that set this hotel apart. Our stay was made even more memorable by the wonderful service we received. I would highly recommend Elaf Taiba to anyone visiting Madinah, particularly families and those coming for Umrah who want a fantastic location combined with excellent hospitality. The hotel was great and very conveniently located, just a short walk from Gate 326 of Masjid Nabawi. The amenities were complete, and the staff were excellent. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming, and the housekeeping staff were also very kind and helpful. The hotel was clean and comfortable. They also offered complimentary items for guests to borrow, including strollers, baby cribs, plug adapters, and other useful essentials. This was incredibly helpful, especially for families travel. Overall, a wonderful, comfortable, and family-friendly stay. Highly recommended!

I enjoyed stayted at Elaf Taiba, the staff are friendly and kind. The cleaner at Level 7 very responsible and care about us. He clean our room (708) everyday, but we cannot meet him at our last day stay (22/9/26). We wish to stay here again and pray that Allah will invite our family to perform Umrah again and again. The cafe staff serve me with free "cold karak chai" after we ordered a piece of cake.. he said this is the first time he made a cold karak chai.. well-done your karak chai is marvelous... Thank you

I was very happy staying at Elaf Taiba. The service was very satisfactory. The hotel facilities were excellent. I would like to stay there again if I return to Medina.

The overall experience was perfect. The room is new, super clean and the bellman housekeeping all is friendly and helpful. Thank to BulBul for always cleaning up our room and asking if we are ok. Highly reccomended
