Pros: The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, the breakfast was exquisite and thoughtfully prepared, and the hot spring facilities were very comfortable. The location is superb. Cons: The bed was too soft, it felt like sleeping on a waterbed, extremely uncomfortable. I didn't get a good night's sleep for all three nights.

This area is super bustling and convenient. The hot spring water is very soothing, and the rooms are large and comfortable. The staff are incredibly friendly, and there are complimentary cookies, drinks, and ice pops to enjoy. I'll definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

Although the hotel isn't large, the room feels incredibly spacious and even has a private onsen. Soaking in the hot spring while enjoying the night view is incredibly relaxing. The rooftop bar offers a unique experience where you can enjoy drinks and conversation while soaking your feet – perfect for unwinding. The room's minibar was stocked with so many drinks, more than we could ever finish! The staff were exceptionally attentive and thoughtful.

This time, I stayed at the annex, and both check-in and check-out were incredibly fast and smooth. The service standards were exceptionally high, and the location was very convenient. The only downside to the entire hotel was that the showerhead couldn't be fixed securely, which made showering a bit inconvenient. Otherwise, all other facilities and drink provisions were excellent, and the breakfast was exquisite. I will definitely recommend it to my friends.

This hotel right by Kyoto's Kamo River offered an amazing experience! Booking in advance made it excellent value for money. The location is absolutely superb; step out and cross the street for a shopping mall, with a supermarket right across from that. There are also plenty of Japanese eateries nearby, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. The room came with a private indoor hot spring bath – soaking in it after a full day of sightseeing was wonderfully therapeutic and really eased the travel fatigue. The room itself was quiet and peaceful with expansive views, perfect for relaxing indoors. The layout and design were well-thought-out, and it was impeccably clean. The complimentary tea bags and drinking water were a thoughtful touch. The breakfast was just so-so, and we occasionally encountered some ill-mannered guests, but thankfully it didn't affect our sleep. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay.
