We enjoyed our time at the hotel . So much variety of food and it was excellent. The moment we walked in the decorative and atmosphere was so beautiful and the Staff were very nice and friendly especially the front reception, who checked us in, he was very professional and polite, have good manners. We stayed in the family panoramic view room . The view of the river from the room was amazing 🤩 the lady who served me a drink Chrysanthemum tea was so lovely 😊

I arrived at the hotel with my wife, driving my own car, the bell and concierge team immediately assisted me with my luggages and ushered me to the front desk, which I eventually ended up having a priority check in at the executive lounge. We had a handful of delicious snacks and drinks, which also comes with the good service from the lounge staff. The room was huge and bed was comfortable. Had a panoramic view of the river from our room, view was really nice especially at night. Hotel was near to iconsiam as well, which meets our shopping needs. The stay was near perfect, with the exception of the smoke issue that lingered in our room, due to other guests were smoking in their room and the smoke somehow spread to our room via the central air conditioning system. The hotel stay was quick to send their staff to help us clear the smell. Breakfast was great at Level 1 on our 2nd day, but breakfast was even better at the lounge on our last day, given that we had a good river view and more quiet inside the lounge. While waiting to check out in the lounge , the bell team staff came to our room to help us with our luggages and shopping bags, from the room and all the way to our car, as well as helping us to load our stuffs into the car. Appreciated the help of the bell team staff (Name: Lome) for his positive and polite attitude, as well as all the lovely staffs at executivelounge and front desk.
