We have just experienced the most amazing wedding at Burton Court. We planned everything and discussed the plans with Edward and Helen, who are without doubt the most accommodating, helpful and genuinely nice, owners of Burton Court. We had access to the house from the Tuesday, and we set everything up during the rest of the week. The Wedding Day went perfectly, the guests enjoyed the beautiful grounds and surroundings, and the setting of the Great Hall for the main reception, topped off a brilliant day. I cannot recommend more highly this fantastic venue, for whatever occasion you may be considering. Burton Court offers great value, the rooms are stunning and the atmosphere was perfect. The weekend was finished off with a family breakfast in the dining room filled with personal touches from the wedding day.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Burton Court B&B, a stunning Grade 2 listed property in Herefordshire. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the historic charm and elegant character of the building. The room we stayed in was spacious, immaculately clean, and tastefully decorated. In the morning, we enjoyed a delicious homemade breakfast, prepared with locally sourced ingredients—an ideal start to the day. The grounds were equally impressive, with beautiful gardens and breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside. What truly set Burton Court apart, however, was the genuine warmth and hospitality of the hosts. They went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed and were happy to share recommendations for exploring Herefordshire’s many attractions. If you’re looking for an unforgettable stay I highly recommend Burton Court B&B.

Did a 3 night stay from friday 6th as a last minute break.met by the owner Edward who showed us to our room..a very large en-suit with a super comfy 4 poster bed.the large bathroom had a shower and a large stand alone bath.heating was on and the hot water needed to fill the bath was never ending.scorchio in fact.! Super heating system in such a very large property.we met our hostess Helen later on and chose a breakfast time that suited our needs (8.30am) Your made to feel right at home and any questions or requests you may have throughout your stay are sorted for you immediately.there are recommendations for places to eat out locally and the 3 we tried were very good. Breakfasts are to your needs - in the large dining room surrounded by history.you can have a full English ( which we had ) supplemented by cereals and 2 very large fresh fruit platters and locally sourced fruit juices and fresh coffee. Anyone into archeology and the history of the region Edward and Helen can enlighten you especially about their family home and the historic dig that shed light on past events and history like the super rare Norman gaming piece that now resides in a museum in Manchester. The family own and look after 3 beautiful horses 🐎 one for a friend who was away training to be a vet.if I remember rightly sam is the big fellow and toffee and jinx the smaller ponies.they are living their best lives in a paddock at the front of the property. There is a well equipped bar that Edward runs and I eventually got to have a couple of drinks on the last night and had it all to myself as its early season and caters for large events and weddings etc. Definitely pre book a return trip there if we are anywhere remotely near leominster.! Super friendly owners/hosts and lovely people.our stay was comfortable, relaxing and great value for money.

Stayed overnight on our road trip into Wales and what a wonderful gem it is. It was impossible to miss how this property is full of history, character and charm. The friendly and knowledgeable hosts also provided an excellent cooked breakfast with local produce. Whilst the property may not have all the mod cons of the modern chains (ie. no AC), it made up for it from the size of the bedroom, bathroom and bed (all huge); spacious parking; tranquility. The only thing I would have liked was a bit brighter mood lighting in the room as the table lamps were quite dim – even though the overhead lights (which we didn't want on) were bright enough. Overall, highly recommended and would love to come back if needing accommodation in the area.

What an amazing place. Edward and Helen were amazing hosts. Burton Court is full of history and Ed was kind to share us and show us this history. Our stay was great. We had a master room and it was just perfect with great facilities and lovely views of the grounds and countryside. The food was excellent and the bar was just perfect. We would definitely come back and highly recommend Burton court. It is also a great location in the heart of the black and white villages with so many great food places and market towns so close.

Just spent the evening with Edward and his family at this historic property. We had a fabulous experience throughout our stay. The room was large, clean with fabulous views. The bathroom was sumptuous with a wonderful curved bath and shower. Edward our host could not do enough for us. This is his family home, and we enjoyed a tour of the house and to hear about its history. My partner and I would highly recommend you stay.

Burton Court is an amazing place to stay of course and there are some fascinating villages to discover nearby but, on top of all that, the hosts are a lovely friendly couple and the bed must be the most comfortable I have ever slept in.
