This is a new hotel with great facilities, and it's nice and quiet since it's located a bit out of the city center. The restaurant food is especially delicious, highly recommend it.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful, thanks to the exceptional team. Lasmi, Amii, Jessica, and Gusti truly made us feel at home with their genuine warmth and outstanding hospitality. Their service went beyond expectations—they attentively understood our needs and proactively offered help. Most memorable were their constant, welcoming smiles, which brightened our every interaction. It’s clear they take great pride in their work and care deeply about guest satisfaction. The environment is incredibly comfortable; it's a hidden gem. They offer a free shuttle to Ubud Art Market, and breakfast and afternoon tea are included. The only downside is that there wasn't enough hot water to fill the bathtub. However, the overall experience was fantastic! Another minor issue was that on one night, I don't know if it was a one-off, but there seemed to be a party next door which really affected my sleep.

The room was very spacious and clean. The minibar and coffee machine were both complimentary, which was a nice touch. The shuttle service to Ubud center was excellent. Most importantly, the shower filter didn't turn yellow after two nights, which is a rare find in Bali, as very few hotels offer water purification systems. Thumbs up! The only downside was the frog and cicada noise at night, probably due to it being a glamping tent hotel.
