Homewood Suites by Hilton Louisville-East

Our stay at this Hotel was amazing. From friendly service going above and beyond expectations to be helpful, to rooms that were modern, clean and welcoming and a good breakfast selection. I absolutely recommend this hotel and supervisor Karen ;-) A life saver!

Bed was extremely comfortable. Loved the shower. Room was very spacious. Staff was extremely nice. Breakfast was very good. Enjoyed the evening meals too.

The room was wonderful. Very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed having the sitting room so we could enjoy spending time with the family.

There was no heat in the king bedroom in December. The whole heater was disassembled in the room and they put me in that room anyway. I booked a 2 bedroom suite and their only solution was to move me, my husband, my sister and niece to two separate rooms without the living area. I declined, since the living area was the whole point when I was booking. The queen bedroom had a heater, and we had to leave the doors open so my room could hover in the low 60’s. The guy at the front desk told me twice that he was coming up to look at my situation but he was dismissive and never showed so I stopped asking. It was a very nice hotel but the service is severely lacking. It was very weird.

Only stayed one night. What could have been a difficult situation was made right before arrival. Cameron(concierge) is the BEST BTW. They accidently gave our room away and there were no more. However Cameron upgraded us abd the room was really GREAT! Nice beds, roomy, nice bathrooms, full kitchens. 5-STARS

Friendly staff, overall the place is very well maintained, in town for my kids club competition that run late talk to the staff and request a late check out they’re able to accommodate

There was a musty smell in room but wr were so tired w r didnt ask to be moved. Breakfast was short in selection.

Very good Tanya and her staff were very nice and helpful. Would recommend it and will return.
