Pan Pacific Singapore boasts an excellent location, with Marina Bay Sands and various shopping malls all within walking distance, making transportation incredibly convenient. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, offering captivating views. The staff are friendly and professional, making for a truly pleasant stay. The breakfast selection is extensive and of high quality, and the facilities are comprehensive, making it ideal for both business and leisure travelers. It's a five-star hotel well worth returning to. The art space features serene and majestic statues. The elegant Oriental art style perfectly complements the hotel's modern interior, creating a tranquil and comfortable ambiance. The delicate carvings, benevolent expressions, and soft lighting design encourage guests to pause and appreciate the beauty and contemplation that art brings.

The hotel's location is convenient, connected to a shopping mall, allowing direct access to Marina Square via an escalator from the hotel's passage. After reaching the mall, turn right and walk straight to the end to find a bridge to Suntec City. The lobby is beautiful, and the room is clean and spacious, though it doesn't have a bathtub. The night view is stunning; the photo was taken from the 7th floor. The swimming pool is 1.2 meters deep and the water quality is clean. There's a wide variety of breakfast options, and the food tastes good. This hotel is very popular, so elevator wait times can be a bit longer, and they tend to be crowded. Overall, the check-in experience was satisfactory.

The room was great and the breakfast had a good variety, with a beautiful view from the floor-to-ceiling windows. However, I was a bit disappointed because I saw other rooms received welcome desserts, but we stayed for two nights and didn't get any.

Service: The service was very responsive. Environment: The location is convenient, breakfast is abundant, and the environment is comfortable. Facilities: The room facilities are complete and well-equipped. I really liked the shower, though the restaurant tables are a bit old. Hygiene: Not damp, no strange odors, and cleaning was proactive.

Extremely satisfied! They even upgraded our room this time, which made the kids very happy. Everyone was warm and attentive. We'll definitely stay here again on our next visit.

A very satisfying stay. The breakfast was plentiful, and the small balcony offered a great view of the Ferris wheel and Merlion, which was especially beautiful at night.
