Pan Pacific Singapore

It was our first time visiting Singapore, and since we were traveling with two elderly family members and doing daily city walks, choosing a conveniently located hotel was an absolute must. After comparing several hotels around Marina Bay, I personally felt that the Pacific Club Suite at the Pan Pacific Marina Bay offered great value for money. First of all, the staff member who handled our check-in at the lobby was an Indian gentleman who didn't speak Chinese. At first, I was a bit worried about the language barrier and whether we might get brushed off, but those concerns proved completely unnecessary. He was extremely professional; he used key words in his English that allowed me to grasp the main points easily. Moreover, his attitude was wonderful—patient, warm, and friendly. He handed us a detailed information sheet about the club lounge and patiently explained each item to us, which was truly reassuring. Housekeeping was also very thorough. In addition to the regular cleaning, there was a turndown service: they replenished the drinks in the minibar, replaced used towels, neatly arranged our slippers, turned on the bedside lamps, and drew the curtains, creating a very cozy and welcoming atmosphere. Finally, a special shout-out goes to the club lounge on the 38th floor. The selection of food for breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening cocktails was extensive and changed daily. Having stayed for 4 days, we were extremely satisfied with the dining experience. In particular, all the lounge staff were very proactive in introducing the daily menu, recommending the most popular dishes, as well as the specialty blended juices and mocktails. On our first day, they even walked us through the walking route from the hotel to the Merlion. The thing that left the deepest impression on us was a tall, thin male server. He served us for all 4 days of our stay, proactively asking if we wanted a fresh cup of hot coffee when ours got cold, promptly clearing finished plates along with any used napkins, and constantly working hard to maintain a clean and tidy dining environment. I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to him here, and I wish him smooth sailing in his career and a wonderful, happy life.

The location is extremely convenient, with a large shopping mall right downstairs. The basement level features a food court connected to Melina Square, offering a wide variety of dining options. It is also very convenient to get to The Inn by the Bay—you can walk there, though it's a bit of a trek. The hotel service was exceptional.

I had only one day for my trip to Singapore, so I spent a lot of time choosing a hotel. Location near Marina Bay, a good swimming pool, and excellent service were my top priorities. Connected to Marina Square, the Pan Pacific made it very convenient to get around even when it rained. The staff were extremely friendly and explained everything clearly. However, my only disappointment was that although I emailed them twice with some questions prior to my stay, they didn't mention in advance that the pool was under construction. On the plus side, the minibar in the Pacific Club Room was completely free—thumbs up!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5-star rating! The Pan Pacific has an unbeatable location, connected to a shopping mall and very close to the Marina Bay attractions. The room was clean and tidy, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered a stunning night view. Special shout-out to the front desk—check-in was smooth, and the service was attentive and thoughtful. The hotel facilities are complete, the pool and breakfast were both great, and the service standard is consistently high. A thoroughly satisfying stay.

Great location, and the atrium is very well-designed and orderly. The only minor drawback was that the doorman didn't help with the luggage at check-out.

Compared to other hotels with Marina Bay views, this hotel offered reasonable prices, spacious, and comfortable rooms, which made our stay very satisfying. We had an amazing time, especially thanks to the Pacific Club Lounge benefits, which included a diverse and delicious breakfast, complimentary mini-bar, excellent food, and cocktails. What truly made our experience unforgettable and perfect was the touching service from Elin, a Korean staff member. She was always kind and accommodating, especially when we had some language communication difficulties. She even thoughtfully celebrated our wedding anniversary and helped us capture some wonderful photos.
