## Lobby & Public Areas Upon entering the lobby, you're immediately struck by the spaciousness. The high atrium feels airy and open, never oppressive. The overall architecture features strong, clean lines, and the geometric interplays have a distinct deconstructivist feel – great for photos. The front desk layout is efficient, and check-in was quick, with almost no waiting. ## Breakfast The variety is excellent, with Western, Singaporean, Indian, and other Asian stalls. There were also very friendly Chinese-speaking staff. The freshly prepared egg dishes and fresh juices were high quality. The dining area is spacious, so it never felt crowded or noisy. ## Room I stayed in a club room this time, and the space was noticeably larger than hotels in a similar price range. The layout is expansive, not at all cramped, which is a rare find in land-scarce Singapore. The mini-bar, ironing facilities, coffee machine, and tea set were all comprehensive. The bathroom fixtures and amenities felt high-quality, and the oversized bathtub with bath salts was perfect for washing away a full day's travel fatigue. ## Service Overall, the service was professional and understated. From the doorman to housekeeping, everyone was polite and measured in their approach – not overly fawning, but you still felt well-cared for. A special shout-out to the Korean lady at the 38th-floor club; even though she didn't speak Chinese, she communicated meticulously in English with a constant smile, which was both elegant and warm. ## Summary High-end facilities, excellent service – perfect for guests who prioritize quality and spaciousness. I would definitely stay again. ### Complimentary Pacific Club Access: I missed both afternoon tea and happy hour due to being out sightseeing. A reminder to fellow travelers checking in next time: definitely try to experience them!

The room is decent, comfortable, and well-lit, although the furniture is a bit old. The location is strategic, close to three malls.

Overall, I found this hotel to be excellent with no major flaws. It's located in the city center, just a 10-minute walk to Merlion Park and a 15-minute walk to Marina Bay Sands. Singapore isn't a very large city, so this location is very convenient. There are also some dining options nearby and a shopping mall right across the street. Secondly, the price was fantastic. For a 5-star hotel, it was 1400 a night for two adults and one child, without breakfast. I searched for a long time, and I genuinely couldn't find anything else at this location for this price; it was the cheapest by far. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The double bed was wide and thick, so much so that my child sleeping in the middle didn't even touch me. The curtains provided good blackout, and the soundproofing was also good. For me, a good night's sleep is the most important thing in a hotel, everything else is secondary. The shower had excellent water pressure, which was very pleasant. The pool was also great, with both a shallow and a deep section, and the water was warm. My child had a lot of fun, and there's even a kids' play area. Everything you'd expect was there, with no major issues. The minor issues were the lack of a bed rail, so my child had to sleep in the middle to avoid falling off, and there was no bottled water. However, there was a direct drinking water tap in the room, so you could just fill your own. Considering the overall location, comfort, and price, I think it's excellent, and I would definitely book it again for my next trip.

The Pacific Club was excellent. Highly recommended. We were a family of four, so we were looking for connecting rooms in the Bay Area, which led us to choose Pan Pacific Singapore. Initially, we reluctantly booked a room on the high-floor Pacific Club level because it was the only one available with a view of Marina Bay Sands. However, this choice turned out to be excellent. Staying in a Club room includes breakfast, afternoon tea (3:00 PM - 5:00 PM), and evening cocktails (6:00 PM - 8:00 PM). During afternoon tea and evening cocktails, a sufficient amount of food was also provided, allowing us to have all three meals there. We enjoyed everything from the panoramic restaurant on the 38th floor with a spectacular view. For breakfast, the 3rd-floor restaurant offered more variety, but the 38th-floor restaurant had a better ambiance. The price difference from a standard room was about 10,000 yen per person per night, so just these three meals made it feel like we got our money's worth. Of course, the room and the view were perfect. It would have been even better if the shower pressure was a little stronger. The "Hospitality Room," which we could use for a shower and change after checking out as our flight was at night, was also very helpful. Apparently, this room is available to guests staying in any room category. You can book it in advance at the reception on the 1st floor.

The hotel environment is great, and the location is excellent. It's very convenient to get to all the major hot spots in Singapore. The room also provides TWG tea bags. The only downside is that the air conditioning is a bit noisy.

The location is excellent, right next to the Ritz-Carlton. With a large shopping mall nearby, finding food and shopping is no problem. We booked a club lounge room, and the view from the room was superb! The only downside was that the shower pressure was really weak. Other than that, it was perfect!

Excellent hotel, well-served by the metro. The breakfast buffet is grand and Asian-themed, sometimes even a bit overwhelming due to the sheer variety. The room was spacious and very quiet. The pool was great.
