I’ll be returning here time and time again. I was in dire need of having a reset. And that is exactly what I got! I did the FX Mayr detox programme for 10 days. It has given me such a boost. And the hotel itself has lovely grounds, great facilities (including outdoor pool, access to natural swim sea pool, well equipped gym, great selection of sauna and steam room, heated indoor pool, spa with some of the best treatments I’ve ever had, beauty treatments and lovely restaurant with local fresh ingredients) My room was perfect, extremely clean and comfy. Loved falling asleep to the sound of crashing waves. All the staff were so friendly and helpful.

I m so happy to have discovered Oceano hotel. I m very pleased with the all packaged: the place, the people, the traitements. Place is gorgeous and you get a room with a view, have easy access to the natural swimming pool, the people are very friendly and the treatments are very good quality in my opinion. Of course I m planning to come back next year!

Great experience, we went there for the third time and it is always the same pleasing experience. The ocean is still warm enough to enjoy swimming every day. The staff at the Mayer center is very competent and professional, the Spa staff and the Mayr restaurant staff are always very helpful. And so is the reception. We can hardly wait to reniew this experience next year!

The location is amazing, quite except for the sound of the sea outside your window. The hotel is relaxed and friendly and the service is excellent. The staff were great as we had a family issue, plus it was our 25th anniversary.The room is spacious and service in the room is great, our books placed on our pillows ready to read in bed. Just a great place to relax, thank you!

I had a lovely time staying in your hotel, as did my friend. The staff were delightful and the view from my room was spectacular. I felt very well on my return home, thanks to all the treatments. It was only a pity that I don't speak German. I think it was hard for the yoga teachers to instruct in 2 or 3 different languages at the same time and still ensure that everyone was doing the exercises correctly. This is my only minor criticism during a very happy week spent with you in Tenerife.

A simple unsophisticated resort. Relaxation for soul spirit and body powered by the sound of the ocean waves. Simple food , charming staff , leave your stresses at home and pack your most casual relaxing attire. Therapists are excellent. Friendly clientele and atmosphere But don’t tell your friends as this is an escape !

Booked ten day F. X. Mayr Active Programme at the tranquil OCÉANO Health Spa Hotel with close friends up for a focussed experience. Fabulous staff include everyone from the medical, fitness, spa, kitchen, dining, hotel and cleaning teams who all support and guide your bespoke journey. Came away feeling revitalised and could have stayed longer. Set in a small local town with few tourists and wonderful ocean views, perfect for switching off. Transformative approach and attention to detail to ensure best gains in the most caring environment. Loved it all and will be back. Can't thanks teams enough.

This is my second stay here. I will return many more times. I cannot fault the Oceano. The staff of the hotel are wonderful. The hotel is beautiful and there is a really healing vibe here. Lovely chilled out place, with everything you could want, to recover after a stressful time. This time I did the FX Mayr detox and was seriously impressed with the Doctor. I got great results with the support of Dr Grassi. Lost 3kg in just over a week and feel healthier and happier.
