Absolutely adorable! They surprised me with a small cake during breakfast, even though I hadn't mentioned it was my birthday to the front desk. In China, you'd only get this kind of service at a luxury hotel, so I'm incredibly happy with the price. Every time I entered or left, the handsome front desk guy would literally spring up to open the door for me – top-notch service! (The hotel facilities are a little old, but it's acceptable).

The staffs are very warm and always smiling. They are always so ready to help us when we asked them for their recommendations for getting things we needed. Highly recommended hotel, and the location is quite convenient.

We stayed her for 3 nights in room 904 a suite. Was really nice. Very quiet room and a great comfortable bed! The location is perfect for the old quarter. We would definitely stay here again! The breakfast was also amazing.

Super lovely front desk staff let us check in at 7am thank god! We arrived at like 4am in Hanoi and were dead tired! The room had great view, lovely bathroom, and very good location walking distance to everything we wanted to see. Oh and the breakfast buffet view and food were all immaculate

Absolutely great place. Tiny rooms but well designed and super comfy. It’s noisy from the street but you’re in the middle of old town action and it’s supposed to be like that. Lovely staff! Everything was a breeze with them. They even found my water bottle and kept it for me! Wonderful breakfast! I would only want to mention you can’t call the large bathtub on the rooftop a swimming pool. It might disappoint a lot of people.

Charming hotel with good panorama view from the rooftop terrace. We booked the Junior Suite for a bigger room and balcony. The bathroom was sizable for Old Quarter but unfortunately the water pressure/shower head made it very difficult to have a proper shower.

All of the receptionists, housekeepers, and bartenders were pleasant and accommodating. If there’s anything to be improved on, I think it’s the staff at the breakfast buffet. They were nice but they prioritized asking me my room number instead of giving/showing me the menu first, I had to even ask for it.

ALL the staff went above and beyond, we're so friendly, helped us with flight and tour bookings and taxis.. Everything at your doorstep in Old Quarter or a scooter ride away.
