Musty smell in rooms, tiny bathrooms , pool dirty, quality of food was moderate. Overall very disorganized Inefficient local resources Internet ok, friendly staff I got injured on bed frame due to the tight spaces getting to the bathroom. There are much better RIADS in the area

Dirty musty smell in rooms, Dark, small And sharp bed frames Food was marginal, if offered at all. Staff mostly not available for help. No waters except on first nite. Dirty rooftop for a yoga practice. Dirty plunge pool. There are much better riads in the area.

If you want to have the most amazing stay in Marrakech, this is the place to go! My sister & I stayed here and had the best time all thanks to the staff at this stunning picturesque riad. I feel so grateful I got to stay here because it truly made my trip feel like a fairytale dream. After a short ride from the airport we got dropped off & was met by a Mr to escort us to the hotel because it’s hidden in the heart of the medina. From the moment you arrive, you feel happy, calm & welcomed. Thankyou to Abdulrahim who took time to carefully explain the map of the city and helped me and my sister understand what to do, how far everything was, and planned everything for us to enjoy & maximise our 4 night stay. The rooms are clean and cute with comfortable beds and the rooftop had sun beds to relax on and is lovely also. After we were settled, we had a hamman bath and massage in the Riad and I couldn’t think of a more perfect and relaxing first day. You get treated like a princess here the staff are just so incredible, there’s not even words to describe how much I loved every single thing because anything you could want or need you can have, all you need to do is ask. I didn’t want to leave by the end. No matter what time of night I arrived back, I was always greeted with a friendly smile. The breakfast here is delicious I love the Moroccan crêpe and I’m obsessed with the tea. There is 3 courtyards one with the pool, and two gardens which are all gorgeous. The main square is a short walk away but even if you get lost Abdulrahim made sure we were safe. There’s many attractions very close by and once you feel confident in the surroundings you can walk by yourself which I did one day with no problem. When my sister felt poorly they offered to get any medication she needed, when I wanted to buy tea to take home Abdulrahim came to help me. The owner has 5 other riads which you are welcome to visit and 2 restaurants, we tried the one next to our riad and the food, the people and the vibe was all fantastic. Everything we booked through the hotel was great also; our tour guide was wonderful, we did a hot air balloon and camel ride that was phenomenal, our driver was so lovely. This place makes dreams come true it feels like. Once again Thankyou so much to Abdulrahim, Mustafa, Khalid, the beautiful girls, and everyone who works here. I can’t wait to come back in the future, and I will never forget how well looked after and cared for I was here. I had the time of my life for sure.

A delightful place to stay if you’re looking for an authentic Marrakesh experience. Hidden away (literally!) within the impressive medina, what makes this charming riad such a gem is the level of hospitality, friendliness and helpfulness of the staff - nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are delightful and there are many courtyards and public areas to relax, as well as an amazing huge roof terrace. The hamam and massage experience was wonderful. The riad is around 15 mins walk from the heart of the medina with its many restaurants and 5 minutes walk from the nearest taxi drop off point. It’s a little bit difficult to find initially! As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe here, even in the late evening - the area is well lit. Highly recommended 😊
