Good for family as they have big space and bed good location and hotel very clean

Location ok. Rooms need renovation. Aircons old. Fridge didn't get cold. Told reception. All they did move it to another wall socket. Still warm ??

This should not be The J Break Hotel. This should be the J Broken Hotel. The first night the lights didn’t work or the ac during the hot season. It was over 100 degrees in the room and it was miserable. I had to move rooms at 10:00 pm. No sorry, no nothing, not a word of regret. The next day, while battling acute diarrhea, the water didn’t work. I went down stairs and told them but their faucet worked so they thought all the water was fine. It was not. It looks nice but is awful. This is the typical all show no go Cambodian special. Stay somewhere else and save yourself money and headaches.

Great place to stay

I stayed at the JBreak Boutique Hotel in Kampot for one month. The location is central, relatively quiet and walking distance to everything in town. The atmosphere is very chill, casual, and comfortable. The lobby is decorated with cool antiques and is quiet, mellow and relaxing, feeling like my living room. The swimming pool and area is also quiet and peaceful. The staff and owners are very friendly, personable people who looked after me beyond my expectations. After staying for one month, they felt like a Cambodian second family to me. My room was very clean and large, with high ceilings, a big bathroom, and had a balcony overlooking the pool. Though not perfect, it is certainly a great value for the money and experience, and is very comfortable for long or short stays. I slept soundly in the big bed. The morning coffee was amazing. The JBreak restaurant on the riverside provided delivery on occasions, and the food there is delicious. I highly recommend the JBreak Hotel for a quite pleasant and relaxing stay.
