SEYA Serviced Apartment - Chengdu Taikoo Li Flagship（Managed by SEYA GROUP）

Wonderful stay except for the sewage smell after flushing the toilet bowl. Probably the smell comes from upper level rooms. Love the giant panda at the reception. Superb location within minutes walk to IFS, taikoo li etc. Huge and spacious room and tastefully designed.

Where do I start? This place was second on my list of places to stay but after watching a travel vlogger who shared his 5 star experience of staying here, I cancelled my first hotel and booked in with SEYA serviced apartments and they did not disappoint! The details provided in getting to their hotel were so easy to follow! They had someone contact me a day prior to my arrival to see if I had any questions or concerns they could address. How is that for service?! They are located right between the IFS Shopping Mall and Taikoo Li, and the Metro access is less than 100metre walk. Convenient or what?! And that’s only on one side, behind the hotel are more shopping areas. The options for where to eat and shop are endless and all within walking range. Oh and the view from the hotel….🤩 🤩 🤩. The popular 3D billboard of the Panda, is on the building next to the hotel. Right next to the hotel has to be the best bakery ever…it’s called “Guang Tai Men”! The flakiest egg tarts I’ve ever had…so delicious and it can get a little messy because…do I need to explain? It’s a must try. We made a bit of a mess eating these daily (ok, twice daily 😂😂😂) but Zhi Zhi and Potato (our housekeepers) kept our room spotless! Thank you! We appreciate your enthusiasm, smiling faces and the attention to detail in keeping our room clean! Always a nice feeling to come back too when you’ve done 20,000 steps exploring! We also had a butler who would touch base with us daily to let us know what the weather was like and if there was anything they could do to make our stay easier! I can’t say enough about the service received. Shi Yi! Thank you! You were definitely of great service! Don’t think twice about booking this place! Its value for money and the exceptional customer focused service makes it all the more worth it! Highly recommend Seya Serviced Apartments!

The location is great, room has everything you need and the view is just wow. The WeChat butler was very attentive and asked us every day if we want cleaning. I want to praise the housekeeper 彬彬 for the exceptional cleaning. She made our room clean and tidy every day, and was very detailed. Even the charging cables were tied up!

The hotel is located right next to Taikoo Li, with a subway station nearby, making it extremely convenient. The rooms are beautiful, and the butler, Xiao Hu, provided excellent service!

We stayed at the Black truffle 2Bedroom and had an amazing stay! Amazing view of Taikoo Li and the butler 枝枝 was extremely thoughtful and friendly. Highly recommend!
