The room was great, facilities were new, and the butler service was excellent. They guided us through check-in and explained the room's amenities. The naked-eye 3D big screen is downstairs, and the famous panda statue is nearby, making it very convenient for getting around. The only downside was the breakfast, which was really bad. One step shy of perfect. The location is absolutely central to Chunxi Road, with a subway station right downstairs, making it convenient to go anywhere. The facilities are exquisite. The biggest issue is that the second floor can be quite noisy, which explains why earplugs are provided. Make sure to confirm with the front desk that there isn't someone upstairs who loves walking around in high heels at 11 PM or children who enjoy running and jumping. The air conditioning vent is on the second floor, and the heating isn't very efficient; warm air doesn't reach the downstairs area, so the loft below can be a bit cold. Despite these minor flaws, everything else, including the beautiful fish-shaped bathtub and the decent view, makes it great value for money at this price point. If the noise issue were resolved, I wouldn't mind paying an extra 300 RMB per night.

Traveling with family, we chose this hotel for its convenient location. We had a lot of luggage, and the room was very spacious, so the kids had plenty of room to run around. We had an amazing stay at Iseya. The staff were very professional and attentive to our needs, especially concierge Shiyi. The location is in the centre of Taikooli with Chunxi road station downstairs and many nearby restaurants/shops. The rooms were clean, beds very comfortable, and having access to a well-stocked kitchen was greatly appreciated. Will definitely be returning!

My overall experience staying at this hotel was great. The room offered a fantastic view of Taikoo Li at night, which was absolutely stunning. The in-room sound system and the floor-to-ceiling windows created a very comfortable ambiance. The room was well-equipped, and they even offer a private butler service. 'Bread' was my butler, and they were incredibly helpful, even retrieving a package for me so I didn't have to leave my room – very satisfied! I also forgot my phone, and 'Bread' responded instantly. Big thumbs up and kudos to the butler for their enthusiastic service!
