The apartment is in a very convenient location, perfect for exploring Taikoo Li, IFS, and Chunxi Shopping Street, with plenty of great food options nearby. The interior is tastefully designed with thoughtful details, creating a stylish yet comfortable stay. The butler was responsive and accommodating to our requests. We will definitely choose this place again when we return to Chengdu.

99 points for this hotel: it is gorgeous, super near metro station, shopping malls and tourist destinations like IFS and Taikoo li, lots of food and has a butler service.
Only minus 0.5 point as there is nowhere to hang jackets downstairs when we come home, have to climb upstairs to hang the jackets.
Another 0.5 point as I could hear sounds from neighbours on the first night but that was easily solved with ear plugs provided by the hotel. I was too knackered the following nights to hear anything, 倒头就睡。
Thanks to my butler 小虎who provided me with a China mobile number so I could order food delivery and eat in the comfort of my stunning yet cosy room.
If i ever come back to Chengdu, I'll definitely stay here! Lobe❤️🌈💫💯

The hotel was lovely at a very good location. At the heart of Taikoo Li shopping belt. The loft rooms were spacious and well appointed. Only thing was the lack of amenities like a proper dining restaurant where you can have breakfast buffet and a proper relaxation facilities like gym, swimming pool, spa. Cleanliness was very good and all proper. Water pressure for the shower was good, only the inconsistency of hot water was a bit frustrating.

My first stay at ISEYA but definitely will not be my last! Perfect location, room was spotless, and most importantly, the 24 hr butler service was great! Especially butler 土豆 & 面包! Really appreciate their help to make restaurant reservations for us too! Will definitely recommend ISEYA to anyone visiting Chengdu! ⭐️

The location of the hotel is extremely good and you may reach everything you want in 5 min walking. The service is excellent as well. The facilities are also good and cover everything you need, which include washing machine and washing powder is provided. As a whole, it is a very good choice for you to stay at this city
