The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel also has a shuttle bus service to Tung Chung Station and the airport, which is quite convenient and thoughtful. I'll definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

Close to the airport with a free shuttle bus. The free shuttle to Tung Chung Station (the nearest MTR station) ran twice an hour, which was very convenient. There's a good variety of restaurants, offering plenty of dining options. The facilities were excellent, including an outdoor pool, jacuzzi, 24-hour gym and sauna, and a kids' room.

This hotel chain lives up to its reputation. It's conveniently located, and the hotel offers shuttle service, though taking a taxi is also an option. I even tried walking from Tung Chung MTR station, which took about 15 minutes to reach the hotel. Overall, a fantastic experience, highly recommended for families traveling together! 🥳

My stay at the Sheraton Hong Kong Tung Chung Hotel was incredibly pleasant overall. I'd especially like to commend two housekeeping staff members, Anna and Jessica. Their service was meticulous and attentive. The daily room cleaning was thorough and well-executed, and they tidied the room efficiently. They proactively restocked toiletries and helped with small requests during my stay. They were warm, polite, and communicated patiently and gently. Their professional and responsible service made my trip feel secure and comfortable, fully reflecting the hotel's excellent service standards. I am very grateful for their dedication. I will definitely choose this hotel again for future visits to Hong Kong.

This five-star hotel truly delivered! Following the front desk's suggestion to add breakfast (which was cheaper than booking online), we received a free upgrade to a sea view room. While the room was a bit smaller compared to hotels on the mainland, the sea view was stunning, and we were very satisfied with the facilities and service. The shuttle bus to Tung Chung MTR station, running every half hour, was incredibly convenient! It's worth noting that the shuttle to Disneyland has been discontinued, but getting there from Tung Chung via Sunny Bay and then the Disney MTR line is still very easy. Overall, we were extremely happy and would definitely return if we have the chance, and we highly recommend it to others!

The hotel is perfect, apart from being a little far out! We booked a twin sea-view room, and it was absolutely fine for two adults and two children. The price was reasonable too! The hotel pool was uncrowded and offered beautiful views – absolutely fantastic!

The service was excellent, and the butlers were all incredibly friendly. The rooms were very clean, and the proactive service was spot on. I'll definitely stay at this hotel again next time I'm in Hong Kong. It's also super convenient because there's a dedicated bus service from the airport, and getting to the MTR station is easy too.
