Alojamiento súper limpio, y súper bien para pasar un finde en familia, lo recomiendo!!

As always, the attention of the girl at the reception... very friendly, she gave us the same apartment as every year, which I really appreciate, about the apartments, clean, with all the utensils you need, large refrigerator, comfortable beds I'm not saying what the apartment is so they don't catch me so much hahaha, just kidding. El apartahotel está genial, necesita algún cambio de mantenimiento por el paso del tiempo como los ruedines de la puerta corredera del salón que no va bien y cuesta mucho abrir o la silicona de la bañera que está mohosa....por lo demás el apartahotel es perfecto,las camas son excelentes

When we got to the apartments we saw them a little ugly on the outside but when we entered the apartment we saw that it wasn't too bad. But deluxe apartment?😳not at all. It lacks basic services to have that rating, such as a small kitchen and a microwave and refrigerator. Scarce kitchen utensils. The bedrooms are not bad and only one bathroom for 4. The Wi-Fi was practically non-existent unless you paid an extra fee, which is more than included in a luxury apartment. If you add parking and a lot of services that should be included because it is “luxury”, you pay more than 2000 euros for a typical apartment. The cleaning ladies were generally nice except for the one on Thursday the 10th who called to clean at 10 in the morning and since we were having breakfast she gave us a bad look. Then I called at 11 and as we were about to go to the beach she told us to hurry up because she couldn't spend all morning wandering around. To do gymnastics you had to get up at 7 because the spa started and the two things together were like metaphysics. The small pool allows you to play with balls and as you can imagine it is a battlefield. If they changed the cleaning every day (which is not very noticeable except that they make your bed) for a wifi that is powered by pedals, the place would improve somewhat. Punta Umbría as such is great but if you want to go to a luxury place, it's not even close. I travel a lot and I have been in apartments that, without being classified as luxury, were fantastic and had all the basics. So 2000 euros plus the bonuses (I forgot the washer and dryer) you get the joke and more than 2000 euros long. For that I pay a little more and go to Barcelo. The people at reception simply neither fu nor fa. Few services and many pretensions. I would neither return nor recommend it.

El apartamento que nos tocó muy descuidado, la pared levantada de humedades y un en el salón un desconchon bastante grande y la limpieza deja bastante que desear, cuando entramos había pañuelos de papel sucios en el suelo. La vitrocerámica partida, aunque se podía usar un riesgo en el uso, te puedes cortar.

Somos clientes habituales. Hemos venido a pasar un fin de semana tranquilos y a las 9 de la mañana se ponen a poner puertas con un ruido insoportable. La solucion poner una hoja de reclamacion que hemos puesto. Nos plantearemos si reservar este verano, no son formas

Si tienes la suerte de no tener vecinos en las habitaciones contiguas no oirás ruido. Si te tocan vecinos tendrás que sufrirlos como si estuvieran en tu misma habitación. La insonorización es malísima. Parece que las paredes son de papel. Se escuchan claramente todas las conversaciones, cuando se ducha el vecino, cuando usan la cisterna, etc etc. Evidentemente esto es un problema estructural que no van a solucionar a corto plazo así que piénsalo antes de reservar.
