ASAI Bangkok Chinatown

Everything is good from pillows to cleanliness except soundproofing which is poor. I can people talking throughout the night.

📍Location: ASAI Bangkok Chinatown 531 Charoen Krung Rd, Khwaeng Pom Prap, Pom Prap Sattru Phai, Bangkok 10100 🚂 Getting to ASAI from the Airport Buy a token for the Airport Rail Link ARL at the ticket machines in Bangkok Airport and ride four stops to Makkasan for THB35 (small notes in 20, 50 or 100 only). Exit at Makkasan and follow the signs to Phetchaburi Metro. Tap your EMV contactless credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, or UnionPay) on the reader at the dedicated EMV cards turnstile when entering the station. Ride eight stops and alight at Wat Mangkon MRT BL29 Station. Tap your card again when exiting. It's so convenient to travel on the Metro this way! You don't have to prepare coins and spend time queuing at the ticket machines. THB35 from Phetchaburi to Wat Mangkon. Total THB70 from airport to the hotel in about 70 minutes. Walk six minutes to I'M Chinatown Mall. Take the lift to Level 4 for the ASAI Bangkok Chinatown hotel front desk. Love the location and easy access to explore Chinatown, eat all the street food and roam and explore the alleys and little nooks including Song Wat Road. 🏨 Room: The roomy twin courtyard room is spacious and is equipped with everything I need for my stay. Loved the wooden accents in the furniture and the open clothes rack and luggage area. 🛍️ Shopping: I'M Chinatown Shopping Mall is connected to the hotel but the glass doors are accessible only between 10am - 9pm. Out of these timings, you can access Let's Relax Spa on Level 3 via the lift behind KFC. KFC, Starbucks and 7-11 have external facing and accessible out of the mall timings. 🍜 Food: You can eat your way through Yaowarat Road and all the sois. Let your nose lead you as you walk out of the hotel! There is so much to see and eat in Chinatown! Prepare THB to pay in cash. Food is cheap and plentiful! ASAI Bangkok Chinatown has a lovely communal area on Level 4. Perfect as a meeting spot if you are staying longer and a digital nomad. Love this vibes!

Always staying here whenever I go to Bangkok, the price is affordable with good location and breakfast too. Just they don’t provide toothbrushes and all anymore. Also the shampoo make your hair frizzy, better to bring your own. Other than that, always good. Staffs were also very nice and helpful. Don’t have a photo of the room, just the food I ordered online and had it inside the hotel room.

Check in was quick, staff is super helpful and friendly. Location is great ! Next to a small mall, below have 7-11, close to chinatown food stalls, 2 mins to Bts station. 10 mins walk to the famous Song Wat Road with cute cafes and shops. Breakfast was simple but enough. Very homey and lovely stay. Would definitely come back again!

Room is standard, no longer providing amenities. Sustainability is a reason to save cost without lowering the room rate, maybe. I have been staying with Asai for many times, they still not able to solve the water leaking problem from the bath area to the toilet area, when you are bathing.Seem like every room is the same. Overall, right inside China Town, traffic jam, and you will get rejected by driver to go Chinatown in application.

Location is very good just walking distance to BTS and Chinatown. Same building have Starbucks, Watson and 7/11. Across the street have one egg noodle so delicious. Highly recommend, however hotel do not provide toiletries so please remember to bring. The bed is so comfortable and we had a nice sleep. The breakfast so so only so can book room only since across the street full of Food choice
