Four Seasons Hotel Istanbul at Sultanahmet

The room service and hygiene are really poor, and the standards are inconsistent. Judging by the room rates across all four seasons, it's really not worth it. The only advantage is the location!

Aside from the price, there are no other drawbacks. Located right next to the Blue Mosque, you can hear the call to prayer every day, which creates a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. The breakfast price is acceptable, but ordering is a bit of a struggle, especially for Chinese stomachs. We recommend adding a Chinese menu. The hotel's shampoo and conditioner are excellent.

I was originally staying for five consecutive nights. Upon arrival, I was dissatisfied with my room and contacted the front desk to resolve the issue. The staff member I was dealing with kept changing their explanations, eventually flatly saying, "I've tried my best to resolve the issue, but you don't seem satisfied. Remember, I'm trying to help you." After receiving this response, I decided to change hotels. I'm grateful to Ctrip customer service for their assistance in resolving the issue. We both shared the same feeling: the staff member's English was incredibly fast and unstandard. Upon checking out, another staff member offered a free upgrade to an executive suite, but I declined, reflecting my current state of mind. The two stars for service go to the other staff members; the night shift staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is pleasant, and the rooms are immaculately clean. On a separate note, there's some renovation work happening across the street from the hotel entrance, which slightly detracts from the overall appearance.

The rooms are small, the public areas are also small. It is not a new hotel, but it is well maintained. The facilities are completely incomparable to those of the Peninsula. However, the location is very good, and it is very convenient to go to the surrounding attractions. In particular, there are yachts that can go to another peninsula by the sea. The yachts are great. I suggest that you can stay in the peninsula by the sea, then take a yacht to play in the morning, and take a yacht back in the afternoon. The cost-effectiveness and experience are the best. In addition, the breakfast is OK, the price is not high, and the cost-effectiveness is OK.

What do I think about this hotel? In the old city, it is very convenient to go to the Blue Mosque or Hagia Sophia. However, since the hotel is converted from an old building, the room is not very big. However, since it has been renovated, the whole room is very modern. I especially like its service staff because they are quite considerate and the overall feeling is very good. However, if you want to enjoy SPA or sauna, you may have to go to the driver in Bruce Strait to use it. However, there are shuttle buses between hotels.

The location is excellent, but unfortunately the Hagia Sophia is under renovation.
