Nice place to stay and near to the airport Room was clean and also got breakfast

I had a very good experience. The staff was extremely cooperative, and the environment was very clean and well maintained. Overall, I was satisfied with the service.

Basic room, located near airport. Bedsheets had stains on them. Staff were friendly and check in process was smooth. They refused to give us an extra room key card. Breakfast was alright. Overall, okay for a 1 night short stay.

Ideal placement for the airport, but other than that I probably wouldn’t recommend due to multiple issues. WiFi didn’t work at all (in my room anyways, 602), Aircondition took forever to properly cool the room, no hand soap in the bathroom, pillows were very uncomfortable (might just be me, but they were definitely a lot tougher than average), the restaurant didn’t have 80% of the menu so I had to go out to eat dinner, airport shuttle only drives a few fixed times a day so I couldn’t make use of that either, most water dispensers were empty, the TV was a piece of furniture rather than an actually functioning TV and in general the sorroundings were scruffy. The service team were very nice and helpful, but when basic things like WiFi and Aircon have issues, you start to notice the small things.

The room smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke and wasn’t clean. Very disappointing experience. 2/10.

I and my sister was stayed in this hotel for 3 days and 2 nights. The hotel was good and neat. Only a bit far from city. Its very near to the airport. Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended.

This hotel is very close to Kualanamu Airport, about 20 minutes by car. The Wi-Fi service is fast, and the password even made me smile. The reception staff were friendly and efficient, but when I asked for help with the luggage trolley, the communication with the staff on the ground was a bit slow to respond to the pager. In the end, we only waited a few minutes, not hours, so it wasn’t a big problem. The room was comfortable, just right for a transit stay while waiting for the next flight.

The room was okay. Breakfast was terrible. Hospitality? Barely make the minimun requirement. Smile is free. May they upgrade their services. The location is great.
