Our experiance about this hotel staying one week was quite the opposite what we expected reading other reviews and their website.. We almost think we ended up on different property. First of all, the place was far from being quiet, but full of noise and screaming from package tourists changing every second day, on the top really annoying music playing the whole day from all the loudspeakers, no way you can hear the birds they promote.. Besides the beach, there is nothing to do in the property, we really wonder what they are talking about on their website. Some neophyte untrained staff at the reception even forbid us to use beach towel on the beach, we wonder what it can be used for at the property, there is no pool or spa! We tried to enter the breakfast hall only the first day and we gave up, as there was no one table cleaned, but all full of dirty plates and no personel there to serve anyway.. They try to promote no plastic at the property which is good, but there are tons of it just on the beach infront of the hotel and all over, noone even think of cleaning it..,so the location we came for, lost the meaning. We could go on, but this should enough for you the get the real picture..
