Our stay at TSG Aura Beach Resort on Neil Island was a very pleasant experience. The rooms had an older wooden structure, which made them feel a bit dark and dingy, with small bathrooms. That said, they were air-conditioned well and maintained decent hygiene standards. Accessibility to the hotel itself was smooth, though the room entrances had a step which may be less convenient for wheelchair users. The staff were courteous and helpful, adding to the comfort of the stay. The highlight was definitely the attached restaurant — superb food with excellent vegetarian choices that made dining a delight. The resort’s location is wonderfully peaceful, with no noise during the day and calm, pleasant evenings. Overall, despite the rooms being on the simpler side, the serene setting and fantastic restaurant made this an excellent stay. I would certainly recommend this property for anyone looking for a quiet, restful getaway on Neil Island.

Our stay at TSG Aura was truly enjoyable. The hotel is beautifully located right opposite Sitapur Beach, offering a peaceful and scenic atmosphere. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and designed like charming wooden cottages, which adds to the overall experience. The hospitality of the staff was commendable. A special thanks to Rishi, Sweety, Aryan, and Manisha from the Front Office team for making our check-in process smooth despite an issue from our travel agent's side. We could clearly see their efforts in coordinating with the travel agent to ensure we received our room on time. Their professionalism and willingness to help were highly appreciated. We would also like to thank Munnuswamy and another staff member who assisted us with our luggage. Their warm and hospitable attitude made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. A special mention to Swagatam, who made our dining experience memorable with his attentive service. The breakfast spread was excellent, offering a good variety of options, and the food was delicious. Overall, it was a wonderful stay with great service, good food, and a fantastic location. We would definitely recommend TSG Aura to anyone visiting the area and would be happy to stay here again.

We had a lovely stay at TSG Aura on Neil Island arranged by our tour agent Tarun Joshi from Travel journey label. The property is beautiful, rustic, and offers a peaceful beachfront escape with comfortable wooden cabins. With good amenities and great food options, the natural vibe and direct beach access make it worth it.A special thanks to our tour guide, Tarun Mondal. His exceptional hospitality, local knowledge, and seamless coordination made exploring the island completely stress-free. He truly made our trip memorable! Highly recommended.

Decent hotel, great customer service, nice location. Only thing is that the rooms were very dark, even with the lights on. Good food. Good breakfast. Small resort, but nice. No complains.

I had an unforgettable stay at TSG Aura, nestled on the serene Sitapur Beach in Neil Island! 🌊 The resort's location is perfect for catching breathtaking sunrises, and the staff were super helpful and friendly. The rooms were cozy, clean, and had a lovely wooden finish. Food was delicious, especially the veg dinner and buffet options. Would highly recommend TSG Aura for a relaxing getaway! 👍"

Our experiance about this hotel staying one week was quite the opposite what we expected reading other reviews and their website.. We almost think we ended up on different property. First of all, the place was far from being quiet, but full of noise and screaming from package tourists changing every second day, on the top really annoying music playing the whole day from all the loudspeakers, no way you can hear the birds they promote.. Besides the beach, there is nothing to do in the property, we really wonder what they are talking about on their website. Some neophyte untrained staff at the reception even forbid us to use beach towel on the beach, we wonder what it can be used for at the property, there is no pool or spa! We tried to enter the breakfast hall only the first day and we gave up, as there was no one table cleaned, but all full of dirty plates and no personel there to serve anyway.. They try to promote no plastic at the property which is good, but there are tons of it just on the beach infront of the hotel and all over, noone even think of cleaning it..,so the location we came for, lost the meaning. We could go on, but this should enough for you the get the real picture..

1) Overall good stay, good wooden room, view and balcomy was good at 1st floor 2) Bang on at Sitapur beach, good for sunrise view 3) Food was good, we had veg dinner and buffet also had lot of variety 4) Staff was helpful, check in and check out process was quick 5) Restaurent staff was helpful and able to do quick service for room dining Other feedback to consider 1) Bathroom taps and fixtures are ageing 2) Network is only BSNL, hotel staff will help in calling 3) Location is Sitapur beach which is other side of Neil island hence please book taxi/auto for commute. overall we got a good deal from MMT and happy with services
