I strongly do not recommend this hotel! Complete deception with the photos. Reality has nothing in common with the pictures on the website.
We booked two rooms, and both turned out to be absolutely unfit for living:
· The whitewash is crumbling off the walls, there are deep cracks, and sharp screws are sticking out of the walls — it's dangerous!
· The door to the toilet is broken.
· In the shower cabin — black mold in the joints, the sink is cracked.
· There is mold inside the refrigerator — it's impossible to use.
· Instead of a double bed — two separate mattresses inserted into the bed frame.
· There was no water in the room (we asked to bring some — we were offered to buy it at the reception), no iron, and the hairdryer worked intermittently.
· The second room had exactly the same problems.
This is not a coincidence, but the systematic condition of the entire property. The photos on the website are knowingly false information. It is impossible to stay there. Huge disappointment and wasted money. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this hotel!

The location is simply fantastic. It feels safe and is convenient for getting anywhere. The hotel staff were all incredibly pleasant. The view from my room wasn't great as it faced an inner courtyard, but the room itself was clean. And the breakfast pastries were delicious! 🥐 I especially enjoyed the croissants and pain au chocolat. It was a shame there were no vegetables, but the ham was tasty too.

Strategically located in the center of Palermo, it's ideal for a stay of no more than two or three nights, given the rather small room and the drawback of a windowless bathroom.

Excellent location, very kind staff.
We stayed at Hotel Mediterraneo and were generally satisfied. The location is truly spectacular: very central, perfect for comfortably exploring Palermo on foot and having everything within reach. A major plus is also the parking, which is particularly convenient given the hotel's location.
The breakfast was good, with a more than satisfactory selection, and above all, the friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff were excellent – always kind and ready to meet guests' needs.
Overall, a good experience, especially for those looking for a central hotel with parking and genuinely welcoming staff.

I really liked the environment and location. It's about a 15-minute walk from the train station, the neighborhood is very safe, quiet despite being in a busy area, and the staff are friendly. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip.

Ideal location, practically downtown. Courteous and very helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. The building is a bit dated but functional.
