Crowne Plaza SHENZHEN WECC by IHG

I came here for an exhibition, and the location is excellent, within walking distance to the Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center. The hotel is also fantastic; the staff provides exceptional service, making me feel right at home. The breakfast is abundant with a wide variety of options. This will definitely be my go-to hotel whenever I'm in Shenzhen for an exhibition.

Front Desk Service: Absolutely wonderful! The ladies at the front desk were all lovely, and most importantly, incredibly friendly and helpful. This time, Ruby, a beautiful lady, checked us in and upgraded our room. When the kids realized there was no bathtub, she immediately helped us switch to a room with one. Full marks! Room: The experience was great. InterContinental always delivers with excellent service, whether it's the room, dining, public areas, kids' play zone, or the swimming pool – the children had an amazing time. Surroundings: Others might come for the exhibition center or skiing, but we were a group of three families with kids meeting up, and it was still an excellent experience. Right outside is a beautifully maintained river, and you can even borrow bicycles from the front desk (they even have kids' bikes!). This was a huge bonus and completely exceeded our expectations.

I specifically returned to stay here because last time I felt the hotel's decor, lobby, and rooms were all comfortable. The dinner buffet was excellent, with a tall waitress in black providing great service. The breakfast was also fantastic, with a lady in a black uniform being very warm and attentive. Breakfast was incredibly rich and delicious, featuring fresh cucumber juice, beef brisket noodles, and Jianbing Guozi. Both the taste and service in the high-end restaurant were excellent. The gym on the third floor is open to the public; the equipment is decent and sufficient for basic workouts.

The hotel is conveniently located and easily accessible from Airport North; you don't even need a taxi, as it's just one stop away on Metro Line 20. The outdoor pool is a real highlight, giving off strong resort vibes. The rooms are quite spacious, though the soundproofing could be a bit better. If the coffee were upgraded, it would be perfect.

The hotel's location is super convenient, just a 200-meter walk from the subway exit. The front desk staff were warm and professional. The lounge offerings were also good, and the infinity pool was perfect for photos. But what I loved most was the breakfast – they even had Roujiamo, which was absolutely delicious!

This is an excellent hotel. The facilities are complete, clean, and tidy, especially the gym and swimming pool, which are quite unique. It's just a stone's throw from the riverside, making it very convenient to go for a run and exercise. The breakfast variety is rich, definitely recommend it.
