This review is based on the front desk ordeal.
We were at the airport around 2am, and there was no taxi or car services available, so we called the Hotel Oceanica and asked them to send a transfer (750pph), which is fine. After 10 min on the phone, checking our names, booking number and trying to find the reservation, they told me I had to pay for early check-in, i booked from the night before so it seemed weird but we were tired and just wanted to get out of the airport, so it was fine.
The problem was when they told me I could arrive but have to wait at the reception because their system were updating and it would take 4 hours!!! It was 2.30am, that wouldn't be until 6.30 am that we could go to our room. We were super tired, and there's no way we were going to do that.
I decided not to go and booked in Amorita Resort which was nearby.
Until now, they haven't been able to refund me.
