The hotel's location is fantastic. This is the sixth hotel we've stayed at during our trip to the Greater Bay Area with elderly family members, and it's the first time I've been praised for choosing such a great spot. Right across the street, there's a large shopping mall with restaurants, a supermarket, a cinema, and a cat café/pet shop, with the subway station located directly downstairs. While our room didn't have a view of Window of the World, looking out from the window at the end of the hallway gave us a view of the attraction's night scenery. Hailing a taxi is very convenient, and it's quite close to the Shenzhen Bay Port.
The hotel service is exceptionally attentive. Before we even checked in, the concierge had already helped us receive several packages, and they were all delivered together to our room upon arrival. We ordered food delivery a few times, which the concierge also accepted; we just had to call the front desk to arrange for the delivery robot. The whole process was very smooth. We took advantage of the hotel's weekend shuttle bus to Nantou Ancient Town. Since there were no other guests, it ended up being a private car ride for us, and the driver enthusiastically gave us a tour guide along the way and even pointed out where the return subway station was!
The housekeeping staff were also very efficient, handling requests for extra items and cleaning quickly and thoroughly. The hotel breakfast is extensive, featuring both Chinese and Western options, along with various congees, fermented glutinous rice soup with egg drops, and a variety of desserts.

The following are just some notes for the hotel that didn't really affect our stay: The bathroom door is a bit odd—it has a handle but no lock, so it can't be fully closed and only stays ajar. Also a bit baffling are the light switches in the room; the circuits for the LED strips seem a bit crossed, as the switch controls and the lighting modes didn't quite match up. The color and size of the black switches also looked a bit out of place overall. During our stay, there seemed to be a brief power outage/trip for a few seconds, after which the 'Do Not Disturb' blue light (or switch) stopped working.
