My stay here was simply amazing! The hotel exudes high quality, with a grand and elegant lobby and thoughtful, attentive service. The room is spacious and airy, stylishly designed, and features soft, comfortable bedding. The soundproofing is excellent, ensuring a peaceful and restful sleep. It's located right near Talent Park and Shenzhen Bay Park, offering fantastic ocean views 👍🏻. The facilities are comprehensive, and the attention to detail in cleanliness is spot on. The staff are polite, professional, and quick to respond. Overall, it strikes a perfect balance between upscale and comfortable, making for a truly enjoyable travel experience. I am thoroughly satisfied, will definitely stay here again, and highly recommend it! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My partner watched the sunrise from bed for the very first time, which was a fantastic and novel experience. The hotel treats you like royalty with endless food—welcome fruits, welcome cocktails, complimentary drinks and snacks, plus late-night supper. They say a great hotel makes you just want to stay in and never leave. Right downstairs is the port; watching Hongkongers stuck in massive weekend return traffic gave us a bit of a mischievous, god-mode view. From the front desk to the personal butler, all the staff were attractive and had the most pleasant voices!

We were given a complimentary room upgrade, but the view didn't quite meet our expectations. After communicating with the staff, and despite tight room availability, they managed to arrange the originally booked room type with the desired view for us. We checked in on the evening of October 21st, and a huge shout-out to the front desk, the two butler attendants who assisted us, and the duty manager. They resolved the issue very promptly with a warm and friendly attitude, providing a reasonable solution within 10 minutes. This really reflects the hotel's exceptional service and management standards.

Our recent stay at the Raffles Shenzhen was exceptionally smooth. Needless to say, the location at One Shenzhen Bay, the high-altitude views, and the room hardware are all top-notch. Cynthia at the front desk handled our check-in professionally and promptly notified Naomi the moment the room was ready, bringing the key cards right to us. After checking in, our butler Naomi consistently followed up on our needs and patiently gave us a thorough yet perfectly paced introduction to the hotel's restaurants, lounge, swimming pool, and happy hour. Butler Tina thoughtfully delivered welcome drinks to our room and even prepared a bubble bath for us in the evening—so we didn't have to lift a finger, and it was deeply relaxing after a long soak. We will definitely choose to stay here again next time we visit Shenzhen.

Facilities: Brand new and fantastic. Cleanliness: Spotless and hygienic, with a fresh scent. Environment: First-line ocean view, absolutely speechless (in a good way). Service: Butler service deserves full marks, always responsive. In-room minibar special snacks and drinks: All complimentary, and can be replenished. Bayfront Sky Happy Hour privileges: Food and drinks provided, full marks and highly recommended.

1. At the time of booking, a higher-tier room category was clearly available for sale, yet I, a Black Diamond member, was refused a complimentary upgrade from the basic room rate. Despite the butler coordinating for three hours with no results, I was cornered at the front desk and forced to pay an extra RMB 1,980 to upgrade to a suite. This constitutes misleading advertising regarding the free room upgrade benefit for Black Diamond members (evidence has been collected and sent to the complaints department). 2. The welcome fruit provided as a Black Diamond privilege for 1 point was rotten and spoiled (photos attached). Due to dim lighting, I accidentally ate it, which led to diarrhea that has not improved for two days. 3. There were severe stains in the corners of the hotel room's bathroom, which falls far below the standards of an ultra-luxury hotel (photos attached). 4. Based on my years of global travel experience, the food safety, hygiene, and service attitude here all fail to meet the standards of an ultra-luxury hotel.

The surroundings are beautiful, and the service is warm and attentive. A special thanks to Ms. Nora Zhang—she was extremely gentle and patient, and even gave us complimentary drinks 🍸~ The room is very spacious, clean, well-lit, and offers a view of the bay.

I stayed for just a few hours during a short business trip, but it was incredibly comfortable. The concierge team, Kathryn, Camilla, and Echo, provided excellent service – their responses were very prompt. The breakfast was really good, and the freshly made rice noodle rolls were a unique highlight. The hotel's location is also very convenient, right next to the Hong Kong border crossing. The only minor downside was that the windows were a bit dirty, making it hard to see the beautiful view outside.

Our stay at Raffles was absolutely fantastic! A special shout-out to our butler, Nora, who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay, always responsive and handling our requests perfectly. Naomi provided attentive and efficient service. Leon thoughtfully arranged a late check-out for us, which saved us a lot of travel hassle. The staff were all friendly and considerate, paying great attention to detail. Overall, our stay was very comfortable, and I would definitely choose this hotel again when I visit Shenzhen next time.
