The hotel is right on the edge of the lake. Quite downtown. Breakfast is relatively simple because it was still being renovated when I went there. Breakfast is only in a small room with limited seating and is average. However, there is free afternoon tea in the lobby in the afternoon, which is very simple. Overall is good.

Hotel was very nice, Darius helped us and he was amazing! Pretty view of the lake and clean rooms! This will be our go to hotel when visiting Burlington.

Clean rooms, the softest bed and pillows! So comfy! Staff was very kind and informative. The view of lake Champlain was gorgeous. Close to attractions. Very happy with our stay here.
