Hotel Champlain Burlington, Curio Collection by Hilton

Beautiful location. Restaurant Skiff which right on the premises was great the oysters were fresh and delicious.

The property itself was just OK. Our room was in need of a bathroom renovation. The air-conditioning did not work. I asked several times to have it checked without anyone communicating back or fixing it. The sink was plugged and they did rectify that. I would not stay at this property again.

Visited same hotel in February, elevator broken, this visit still broken. Had to go to 4th floor for water and coffee, all other floors not working or not stocked. Musty ordor in our room. Will not be returning.

the rooms were clean, the elevator was out of order with the stairwell being the alternative. the stairwell could have used a good cleaning. the coffee and ice machines worked 1/2 the time. breakfast was pricey

We had a lakeside view-well worth the extra cost. Beds were comfortable, room was clean and well appointed. Bathroom was a little small for 3 women traveling together. Only other mirror was full length with poor lighting. Walls were a little thin. Woke up to next door showering to loud music. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Parking was convenient. Proximity to downtown was excellent.

3 star rating because its overpriced hotel! I booked a room with view and when i got there they told me my reservation was for a partial view which clearly does not state that on the booking confirmation. Next, no amenities like was when you walk in, small waiting area so if crowded, standing room, and the worst… MAYS CAFE! They substituted an ingredient that i am allergic too and caused me to have an asthma attack! They acted like it was no big deal, dismissed and no hospitality! The room was nice and the pillows are the best! Room service from the Seafood restaurant was expensive but very good. Could have been great if not so dry and lack of condiments. For a Hilton Boutique hotel very disappointing!

Everything at this location was perfect. The one small issue is the room did not have a fully working fridge. However besides that, the room was beautiful. The location was great. The lobby and amenities were gorgeous. And most importantly the staff! In specific, Ousmane at the front desk, Jane at the breakfast location and Harrison at the Restaurant. They made our stay unforgettable!

Clean but small room and not enough outlets/usb ports. Nice hotel bar/restaurant with good deals and live music. Incredible location with beautiful views and sunsets. Great fitness center too.
