The hotel's M floor has direct access to Iconsiam, just a 3-minute walk away, making its location absolutely fantastic. It's convenient whether you're taking a boat or the BTS. Other than that, it's pretty much what you'd expect from a 4-star hotel, nothing much else to add.

The location is superb, right next to two large shopping malls, making it convenient for dining, accommodation, and entertainment. It's also close to the Chao Phraya River cruise pier, so boarding is very easy. The only thing is that when I booked, it showed one person checking in, so they charged extra for two additional guests' accommodation and breakfast. All in all, it was alright.

First of all, the Chinese landlord was very friendly and able to accommodate the requests of both our families at the same time. Initially, we thought it was a guesthouse, but it turned out to be more like a hotel. The ground floor space is very large, and the pool and BBQ facilities are also great (we even received cocktail vouchers upon check-in).

This was my bed for three nights, a common problem when traveling with older kids – you need a hotel that can accommodate three people. This hotel's twin room came with a long sofa, which perfectly solved my problem. Other than that, it's pretty much on par with a budget hotel in China. The breakfast was mediocre, and housekeeping wasn't very timely. Besides a small pool, there were no other recreational facilities. The upside is its location right next to ICONSIAM, though I personally prefer Siam Paragon.

The location is unbeatable, right behind ICONSIAM, with a skybridge directly connecting to it on the M floor. From ICONSIAM's G floor, you can access the ferry terminal, which is perfect for visiting major attractions like the Grand Palace, Wat Pho, and Wat Arun, all located along the Chao Phraya River. The ferry is very convenient, and you can come back directly to ICONSIAM, which is where the hotel is. The breakfast was good, and the room was comfortable. I'd definitely stay here again.

The hotel is conveniently located opposite Iconsiam. You can get to the BTS station and Iconsiam by exiting the hotel on the M floor and walking through the ICS mall. The ICS mall has cosmetic stores, a food court, and various daily necessities. We joked that you don't need to bring anything; you can just buy it all here. It's also fine that the hotel doesn't provide breakfast because there's a food court and a 7-Eleven nearby. It's very convenient, and the hotel rooms are quite spacious! The only downside is that it's a bit far from BTS Siam station, about a 30-40 minute BTS ride, as there are many malls around there.
