This hotel is the closest to the airport for layovers and offers a shuttle service. Downstairs, there are various dining options including a Japanese restaurant, a buffet, and other Asian à la carte choices. The Japanese food is quite good. Check-in always involves a queue, probably because of the high volume of guests. The room decor is pretty average. However, we choose this hotel solely for its proximity to the airport. Traffic in Thailand can be unpredictable and lead to delays, so staying an extra night here helps ensure you don't miss your flight. We've stayed here on both our outbound and return trips.

This is by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. They didn't even provide basic amenities like slippers. The curtains were broken and couldn't be closed, and there was a constant dripping sound from the toilet. The room facilities were incredibly rundown. But the absolute worst part was the staff's attitude. They openly let airline staff cut the queue for the shuttle bus. The hotel pool is beautiful, and the kids had a wonderful time playing there. On our second day, the hotel even allowed us to check out at 2 PM. I stayed one night. The check out day was my birthday. Up on arrival in the room I was very pleasantly surprised by rose petals HBD on the bed and what appeared to be towels mimicking a wedding cake. Also there was complementary cake, snacks and Sprite on the table.
