The room was incredibly spacious, and the staff provided excellent service. We had a fantastic ocean view of Manila Bay. The hotel facilities were comprehensive, and downstairs there were casinos, restaurants, and bars. The valet parking right at the entrance was very convenient. The front desk even gave us two bar vouchers that could be used at specific restaurants. There are large shopping malls, Chinese restaurants, and more in the nearby area – everything you need for dining, accommodation, and entertainment all in one place.

Comfortable stay, only thing I cannot get is I booked two beds for my first stay but because we arrived a little late (4PM) than the check-in time (wc is 2PM) they fully booked the said room and we’re downgraded into 1 bed that would force us to pay another 5K if ever we want to pursue the two beds.. Quite confusing if (supposedly) everything was paid and reserved. Otherwise, it was a great staycation.

Very accommodating staff who acts quick on our requests. Very friendly and polite too. We love the room its very spacious and cozy. Hotel has so much amenities that are free tp be used for the guests.

Absolutely loved my room! It was clean, spacious and very comfortable. Simple but elegant. Comfy but luxurious. Felt so pampered the moment I enter my room. I appreciated the Acca Kappa toiletries, the daily complimentary sweets, the sturdy and comfortable bedroom slippers, crisp white linen and sheets.The breakfast spread at Fresh was oh so scrumptious! Staff were courteous and accommodating. Always ready to assist when needed. Also enjoyed the very well equipped gym and the relaxing spa. It was just a bit of a long walk to the pool from my room, and a tad too over crowded to fully enjoy - too many children screaming and running around! I guess because it's the holidays so a lot of families were out on vacation. I will need to come back on a non-peak season.
