Solaire Resort Entertainment City

The hotel's ground floor is filled with a delightful aroma. The front desk staff speak Chinese, and while you're getting your room key, the bellhop will take your luggage to your room in advance. The bedding is very comfortable and odorless, though the bed itself is a bit high. Overall, I'm satisfied.

The service was good, but check-in was slow. There's entertainment on the first floor. It's been twelve years since my last stay, and the room is still well-maintained. Unfortunately, I left two pieces of clothing at the hotel and no one contacted me about them.

The location is great, inside Solaire. The room is spacious, and it's excellent value for money. It's safe, with luxury shops downstairs, as well as restaurants, bars, and even a BDO bank. Overall, it's good.

The surroundings are beautiful, and the hotel offers a comprehensive one-stop service for dining, entertainment, and accommodation. The staff generally have high professional standards. However, the room facilities and equipment need continuous updating and maintenance.
