Really enjoyed our stay at Baihe Wharf Inn. A driver picked us up from the train station which was super useful. The hotel was clean and modern despite the old style of the building. Breakfast was basic but appreciated. Views from balcony were great and Furong ancient town generwlly was amazing.

We had a wonderful stay at Baihe Wharf Hotel and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The hotel was beautiful, comfortable, and welcoming, and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive throughout our stay. A particularly lovely touch was receiving a beautiful gift ceramic jar of local tea — such a thoughtful and memorable gesture that made us feel truly welcomed and appreciated. Thank you to everyone at Baihe Wharf Hotel for making our stay so special. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a lovely place to stay!

The absolute best hotel that we’ve stayed at in China, it’s an absolute bargain for the price that you pay. The rooms are spotless, the beds are comfy, and the view over the river and ancient town is incredible. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful, giving us tips and recommendations for our stay as well as pick-up/drop-off to the train station and arranging discounted tickets for the scenic area. It was an amazing stay here and I’d 1000% stay again!

One of the highlights of our China trip! The Inn is in a traditional house right inside the scenic area. It has a semi open stairway leading up to the highest floor and a beautiful terrace adjacent to our room. The view was incredible and the room was so beautifully designed and really spacious. For an old building like this one, it had a wonderful mix between modern and historical. The room had ac and tv as well as a modern bathroom. The receptionist speaks good English and was very helpful with organizing transport from and to the train station as well as giving us recommendations on what to see and eat in the town. As a parting gift we revived some local tea in a little ceramic dish. I would definitely choose this place again if I decide to come back to Furong Town. It’s a magical place, honestly.
