Huangshan Bai Yun Hotel

The room was really lovely, with sunlight streaming in when we checked in at 5 PM, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. We were traveling with our child this time, and the mountaintop hotel had great facilities. The dinner buffet was delicious, and breakfast was also very substantial. They even provided a foot bath, which was perfect for soothing our tired feet after a day of hiking. The hotel is very close to Bright Summit, where you can watch the sunrise and sunset. We managed to see both with our child, making it a fantastic trip. The hotel was definitely a highlight of our journey.

Just came down from Huangshan! I can't recommend Baiyun Hotel enough! Staying on the mountain is absolutely fantastic. No need to trek up in the dark before dawn to catch the sunrise 🌅 👉The location is unbeatable! It's super close to Bright Summit. In the morning, you can just bundle up in your blanket and walk 10 minutes to the viewing platform. After watching the sunrise, you can head straight back to your room for more sleep – this experience is just perfect! ✨The room was better than I expected! I thought conditions on the mountain would be really bad, but it was very clean, and there was plenty of hot water. It is a bit small though, so it might be cramped for two people with large suitcases. 💖Excellent service! The front desk staff proactively offered hiking poles and even helped us plan our route. Although the restaurant's prices are a bit high, the portions are generous. I recommend the Smelly Mandarin Fish! ⚠️Heads-up: The soundproofing isn't great; you can hear neighbors packing in the morning. I suggest choosing a higher floor for better views~ Overall, just go for it! For those who want to see the sunrise but don't want to overexert themselves, this is definitely the right choice!

The room was clean and comfortable, and they thoughtfully provided a foot bath tub. The butler brought fruit and snacks, and enthusiastically offered free massage chairs, coffee, and milk tea. The hotel's breakfast selection was incredibly diverse, and I'm very, very grateful to have such a fantastic breakfast in this location. In the morning, someone led a group to watch the sunrise, which was a huge convenience! 👍🏻

Our account manager, Shi Xiaomin, was incredibly warm and welcoming. She not only brought breakfast for our child but also shared many helpful tips with us. Her sunset time prediction was spot-on, allowing our whole family to enjoy the beautiful Huangshan sunset. Even though we missed the sunrise the next morning, we have no regrets. We hope to see her again next time we're in Huangshan!

The hotel's location is excellent, and the staff are warm and polite. It's clean and well-maintained, with great amenities, which is quite impressive for this area. We even got to see the sunset, which was lovely!

The service at Baiyun Hotel far exceeded my expectations. Before heading to Huangshan, I mentally prepared myself for the limited resources on the mountain, expecting just a clean and hygienic place for one night. However, the hotel provided a dedicated butler for each room. The welcoming ginger tea brought warmth to our bodies and minds after the rain, and the welcome fruit and snacks replenished our energy after a day of hiking. We really enjoyed the dinner buffet, which featured local Huangshan specialties. Thanks to the butler's timely WeChat notification, we were pleasantly surprised to witness a spectacular sunset on a rainy day! You can see it right from the platform just outside the hotel entrance! Before checking out the next day, the butler even prepared coffee and bottled water for us in advance – so thoughtful! My stay at Baiyun Hotel this time was absolutely wonderful!

The hotel boasts an excellent location, nestled between Bright Summit and Ao Yu Peak. The rooms are clean, tidy, and well-equipped, offering a quiet and peaceful environment. Each room comes with a dedicated butler service, whose attitude is excellent and service outstanding. The hotel's breakfast and dinner buffets offer a wide variety of dishes and are absolutely delicious.
