The hotel is pretty clean. The room is little bit smaller than expected. The breakfast is refilled quickly but the selection is limited. Overall I would recommend to others.

The room is very clean, the bed is very comfortable, there is a coin-operated washing machine on the second floor, and there are homemade waffles for breakfast. The key is to choose the flavor. I recommend friends to stay here!

Super noisy heater in the room, couldn't sleep. Room was never vacuumed, not even after previous customer, dirty carpet, breakfast was very basic. Parking was okay, good location.

The staff was extremely accommodating. We had an error on our part with the room we booked, and they went above and beyond to help us come up with a solution. They were welcoming and helpful from even before the start all the way to the finish of our stay. The front desk staff was 10/10. Our room was clean and ready as soon as we arrived and we had a wonderful stay.

The staff was great, but the pool was gross, with lots of clumps of hair floating in it. Also the toiletries were 90-95% empty in our room.

Waited 15 mins to check in as there was no one at the desk. Room was full of animal hair. Asked for housekeeping/new sheets were told that there’s only one staff at the front desk, given some new sheets. We had to ***** down the bed, fit the new sheets and pillow cases/make the bed ourselves. Not ideal after a long day of skiing. Just wanted to get some rest…
