Hotel butler Belle Liao provided fantastic service, offering attentive and thoughtful one-on-one assistance throughout our entire trip. The hotel's location, service, cleanliness, and management were all top-notch.

Sugar, one of the staff members, was incredibly kind and attentive. Check-in was smooth, and we could even book the hotel's buggy for a tour of the ancient city. The breakfast at the配套蚌壳 restaurant was delicious. The location is perfect; we could walk to West Street and Xunpu, which was very convenient for traveling with children.

Service was absolutely perfect! Belle, the lovely assistant, has a gentle voice and was incredibly responsive on WeChat, replying promptly no matter the time, even late at night. She provided details about hotel activities and directions beforehand, and made excellent arrangements for all our activities. She was waiting for us on arrival and departure days, and offered great care and assistance throughout our stay. Other hotel staff were also very good, even the driver of the white car we used was lovely. The room was comfortable, and the bathroom layout was well-designed. The mini-bar and drinking water were replenished promptly, and the welcome fruit selection was generous. The curtains provided excellent blackout. It would be perfect if the smart panel by the bed didn't emit light at night. The hotel design is beautiful, and its location is excellent, making it very convenient to walk around in any direction and find delicious food. During the National Day holiday, there was a particularly severe problem with car horns on the street one night, which somewhat affected our sleep. I strongly suggest that Quanzhou city government introduces a no-honking policy for core cultural and tourism areas. The hotel's response was also very prompt; they helped check the windows and immediately provided earplugs. The daily puppet show during the National Day holiday was fantastic!

This was my first time visiting Quanzhou, and I stayed at Qixu. It truly lives up to its reputation as a boutique hotel. Its location at the intersection of the Bell Tower and West Street is fantastic, offering superb views. The East and West Pagodas of Kaiyuan Temple are practically within arm's reach, providing different beautiful views both day and night. The hotel is clean and comfortable, but what really stood out were the young service staff – super nice! I have to give a special shout-out to Belle, our butler, who was incredibly meticulous and thoughtful, as well as flexible and intelligent. She proactively offered our family sightseeing and travel suggestions and actively communicated and coordinated to resolve any unexpected issues, which significantly enhanced our stay. We were thoroughly impressed. Additionally, Leo, the doorman downstairs, was also very enthusiastic and proactive. He was always ready to help look up distances to destinations and attend to various guest requests without hesitation. Having such young and vibrant service staff really made our stay excellent! They made our family's trip to Quanzhou truly memorable.

An unforgettable Mid-Autumn Festival trip to Quanzhou 🎑 First off, Hotel Qixu has an incredible design aesthetic. From its location to the interior design, the plant decorations and lighting from every angle are really thoughtful. The hotel's selection of amenities is also excellent; the toiletries, towels, bedding, and minibar were all very comfortable. The complimentary activities are a huge bonus, with the flower hair accessory photo shoot, the white car tour (though the roads were a bit crowded during the Mid-Autumn Festival), and the evening bar and cocktail making all worth experiencing. Finally, a special shout-out to our butler, Andy. He was incredibly responsive and always quick to assist with any request. It's rare to find such genuine butler service that isn't just a gimmick, and he was also very positive and sunny, making for a wonderful experience. It truly deserves its SLH certification – it's small yet exquisite, and definitely memorable. I highly recommend staying here when you visit Quanzhou.

Arriving late at night, I still received a full, warm welcome. The high standard of service was consistent from check-in to check-out. Although the hotel is in an older renovated building, both the decor and amenities reflect a boutique hotel's quality. Breakfast was unique, and any issues were quickly resolved without causing guests any trouble due to misinformation. Overall, I was very satisfied!

I made a last-minute decision to fly to Quanzhou and chose to stay at the Qixu Bell Tower Hotel, and my experience was absolutely fantastic! The hotel is located in the heart of the ancient city, formerly the old Bell Tower Department Store. Xie Ke's design is warm and tasteful, offering a sense of tranquility amidst the bustling city. I paid to upgrade to a Temple View room, and from the window, I could gaze upon the East and West Pagodas, with the red tiles of the ancient city spread out before me. The scenery was truly beautiful. The room was clean and elegant, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the quality of the amenities was excellent. Attention to detail was evident everywhere. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise, offering authentic Fujianese snacks like Mianxian paste and five-spice rolls. I could experience the flavors of Quanzhou without even leaving the hotel. Additionally, I must mention the attentive and thoughtful service from our butler, Sugar. She checked in daily to ask about any special needs and was always quick to respond! 🥳🥳🥳
