Bella provided excellent service; everything was well-arranged and our stay was very comfortable. I'd recommend this place to friends and will definitely come back if I'm in Quanzhou again. I stayed at both the Seven Senses Bell Tower and Seven Senses Reef this trip, and if you have the time, both are absolutely worth experiencing. The Bell Tower is nestled in the bustling city center, a hidden gem amidst the urban sprawl, while the Reef stands majestically on a corner of the coastline, exuding a sense of profound solitude. Both properties benefited from Xie Ke's design involvement, guaranteeing quality and a strong sense of design. They're definitely worth a special trip and are perfect for photos. Both also have great surrounding attractions: the Bell Tower is right at the intersection of Dongxi Street, and from the Reef, you can head straight out to the beach. The service at both hotels was outstanding, elevating their overall quality. It's no wonder they've appeared on various Ctrip rankings.

Everything about this hotel was on point! The service was attentive, timely, and really made a difference. The 30-minute mini-car tour with commentary was a fantastic touch, and the breakfast offered a great selection of local specialties. Highly recommend!

I came to Quanzhou for the Dragon Boat Festival holiday and chose the Qixu Hotel next to the Clock Tower in the heart of the old city for my stay. I have to say, the hotel's location is superb, making it incredibly convenient to get anywhere. The hotel itself is full of design flair, with every detail showcasing the designer's thoughtfulness. The hotel's Clam Restaurant serves excellent food; the breakfast, in particular, offers a variety of Quanzhou snacks, and the 'mianxian hu' (vermicelli paste) is absolutely fantastic! I'd like to extend a special thank you to our butler, Sugar, for her meticulous care over the past three days. From helping us with our luggage upon arrival to seeing us off when we left, she was attentive throughout. She even thoughtfully upgraded us with complimentary children's breakfasts and a souvenir. Next time I visit Quanzhou, or if friends come to visit, I'll definitely recommend Qixu and specifically ask for Sugar!

The in-room amenities were excellent. The hotel's customized two-person buggy for ancient town tours and photo shoots was a fantastic touch. Breakfast offered a great variety of local specialties. The hotel service was very thoughtful, and Andy provided exceptional service! A wonderful experience.

Location: Situated in the old town, it's very convenient to get to West Street, East Street, and the Kaiyuan Temple. The mini electric car tour is great for saving energy in the summer and allows you to hop off at your favorite sights. Environment and Service: The hotel offers full butler service, is clean and tidy, and even provides thoughtful amenities like sleep spray. They also offered mosquito repellent spray for the summer. Breakfast is semi-buffet style, and every item is authentic, delicious, and made with care. The hotel also offers complimentary travel photography, and the Peranakan or flower hairpin experiences are very thoughtfully arranged.

This hotel boasts an excellent location, right outside West Street and Zhongshan Road, with Kaiyuan Temple not far either. The hotel breakfast is exquisite, and the facilities and environment are superb. I highly recommend the hotel's 'Bangk殼' restaurant; the dishes are refined, and the butler service is attentive. The soundproofing is great, ensuring a quiet night's sleep undisturbed by outside noise. It's a hotel I'd definitely want to stay at again.

An incredibly satisfying stay! From the day before check-in, Belle enthusiastically and meticulously shared various tips for our stay, along with recommendations for Quanzhou cuisine and city walk routes. On the day of arrival, she kept us informed about the local weather and followed up throughout our stay to ensure everything was perfect. This truly showcased the hotel's high-quality service. The hotel's location is absolutely prime, right in the center. The Bell Tower is right before your eyes, and West Street, Kaiyuan Temple, Zhongshan Road, and all directions are easily accessible – getting anywhere is super convenient. Guests can also book an exclusive golf cart for a tour of the ancient city, travel photography, fun tea-making experiences, and evening cocktails. It really allowed us to experience the charm of Quanzhou and step into the olden days of Southern Fujian.
