The service was excellent, especially Sugar who was incredibly thoughtful and attentive without being overbearing. The Kaiyuan Temple tour was also fantastic; the guide's explanation was very professional, helping us understand the temple in much greater detail. The guide was gentle and engaging. The hotel activities were also great, with a shell painting session that the kids absolutely loved! The cleanliness was top-notch, and the laundry service was a lifesaver when traveling with children. I highly recommend Qixu Bell Tower, it's a must-stay in Quanzhou! ❤️

This hotel offers great value for money. The location is unbeatable, it's well-designed, uses high-quality materials, and has a pleasant atmosphere. The service, in particular, is excellent. It's rare to find a hotel where the butler service is truly outstanding. Sugar provided exceptional service, responding instantly and fulfilling every request. They even contacted us in advance to arrange parking. We participated in the hotel's Quanzhou city tour, Kaiyuan Temple guided tour, and the shell painting activity. Following the free activities provided by the hotel was more than enough for our Quanzhou trip. Traveling with two kids, we felt very well taken care of by the hotel. Despite the hot and dry weather, staying here definitely enhanced our short trip to Quanzhou. Here's a small detail: I came from the beach with wet clothes, and after mentioning it to Sugar, they arranged for someone to dry, fold, and return them to my room. Very thoughtful!

To sum it up, a full five-star rating! First, the hotel's location is excellent, right at the West Street entrance of the ancient city. The Bell Tower is just below the hotel, offering panoramic views of the entire West Street. No matter how tired you are, it's easy to get back and relax. Second, the hotel's soft furnishings are superb, with all items being premium selections. Third, the restaurant is absolutely delicious; I've included a photo of my breakfast, which I ate alone. Fourth, and most importantly, the service is outstanding. From the moment I booked, Clara (Yuxin) provided pre-trip reminders, arranged parking, and organized a gatehouse reception. Upon check-in, a pile of snacks and fruits was ready, which made the kids very happy. They even sent a beautiful tiramisu cake and a hotel plush toy for the children. In the evening, when we went to the rooftop terrace to take photos and make tea, they even helped us boil water. Our whole family had a wonderful time! A truly reliable stay, definitely no regrets. We'll be back!

The room was excellent, and our butler, Andy, was incredibly helpful. We were staying at a B&B near the hotel and weren't sure where the hotel was, so we called them, and Andy came to pick us up and even helped with our luggage. The hotel's location is perfect; you can step right out and start exploring the shops and restaurants. Looking forward to staying here again!

The hotel's location is excellent, with easy access to all the attractions. The hotel focuses on being small and beautiful, and the service is impeccable. A butler contacted us even before we arrived to make arrangements, and we could feel the hotel's professional service from the moment we stepped out of the car. The breakfast was also good. Our butler, Sugar Chen, was fantastic! She responded instantly to any questions or requests. All in all, it was a great experience. You should definitely try it if you come to Quanzhou.

The room was spacious, and the service was excellent. Andy was amazing! He reached out early to get my contact information and asked for all my preferences and needs for check-in. Since my flight arrived quite early, Andy arranged for me to check in by 12 PM after we communicated. Many thanks! After checking in, the staff, whether in the restaurant, housekeeping, or front desk—**all the staff**👍—provided service worthy of an SLH hotel, always ready to help. Andy coordinated all the hotel services, and everything was handled with meticulous care!!! My only suggestion for improvement would be to switch to liquid hand soap; bar soap is really inconvenient. 😂 As for the noise, all I can say is that earplugs, milk, and sleep spray were all prepared. Being located in the busy Xijie district, it can get a bit noisy on weekends, but it's acceptable.

Overall, the hotel is quite good, but the surrounding area is a bit disappointing. West Street is too chaotic. Two nights here were enough. The service was a mixed bag – some staff were excellent, others quite poor, especially in the restaurant, which became disorganized when it got busy. Plus, they were a bit too persistent about getting good reviews after we checked out. In comparison, I preferred Reef; they handled issues much more smoothly.

This hotel, a converted department store in the heart of the old city, boasts excellent room details, blending traditional charm with modern design. The dining options are also top-notch, with both Black Pearl and Michelin-level quality. Andy, the butler, provided meticulous and thoughtful service. Highly recommend!

Facilities: The room and in-room amenities are of high quality. The hairdryer is a Dyson, and everything is very smart. Every little detail is thoughtfully chosen. Hygiene: Very clean, with no unclean areas whatsoever. Environment: A quiet oasis amidst the hustle and bustle. Downstairs, it's lively with crowds, but stepping into the hotel is like finding a green sanctuary in the city. The views are instantly stunning. Service: Andy provided seamless and attentive service throughout. Reserving restaurant tables and arranging activities were all excellent. A large part of the great experience comes from the service provided by this team.
