I booked a two-night stay at this hotel a month in advance. Two days before my arrival, I suddenly received an email stating they were overbooked and, without any discussion, transferred me to a 'sister' hotel. When we arrived at the sister hotel, they didn't even arrange things properly, giving us the lowest-category room and showing no apology whatsoever. This kind of experience completely made me lose trust in them.

The hotel breakfast is also commendable, with a wide variety of fresh options that perfectly met my dining needs during the trip. While not in the absolute city center, the location is still convenient for getting around, and the quiet surroundings are ideal for a good rest. The hotel's facilities are comprehensive, providing a consistent and reliable stay. Whether for a business trip or a leisure vacation, you'll experience excellent service and quality here. All in all, this hotel offers a great combination of comfort, service, and brand assurance. My entire stay was pleasant and effortless, making it a highly recommended and quality accommodation option when visiting Reykjavik.
