The room is great, service is excellent, and facilities are well-equipped. It's located near Nanjing East Road Pedestrian Street. The front desk staff are particularly enthusiastic. I really like it here and I'll be back tomorrow.

Have a great stay here and the service is very good! Ive booked a 6 nights here and is super convenient to navigate around. There's nearby metro station and behind is the famous NanJing Road. Value for money and i will definitely come back again when i visit Shanghai! Wonderful view at their lobby shown in the picture :)

The location is very convenient, close to Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street. The front desk service was very warm and friendly, and check-in was super fast. It's also really handy that there's a laundry room and gym on the 4th floor. The room itself was great and very clean.

The hotel is within walking distance of shopping areas like Nanjing Road East and Xintiandi, which was super convenient even in summer – just a ten-minute walk away. The bed in our room was incredibly comfortable, and we slept wonderfully every night. What impressed us most, though, was the front desk staff. The ladies provided impeccable service, making us feel truly at home. Every single one of them was consistently friendly, polite, and extremely helpful with all our requests. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return here the next time we're in Shanghai. Highly recommend!
