Europe Enchanted Bungalow

A small but perfectly adequate bungalow on the edge of the jungle. It was really cool for a getaway, and the open-air shower was a nice change. Generally, everything is close by (breakfast, local bakery, BBQ, fresh draft beer for $1.25,...). The only thing missing is an ATM on the island. Overall, we were very happy with everything we had for our 11 nights, and I personally think it's the most beautiful stretch of beach there. If you don't like walking, you can rent a moped from the accommodation or nearby (between $10, $12, and $15 per day). There's also a massage hut and a restaurant right at the accommodation. We had a lovely holiday there and would recommend it to all adventurous families 😎

Charming tent-style bungalows just a few meters from the beach. I highly recommend it for a lovely and affordable stay. The in-room bathroom is tiny but has all the essentials. The area is very budget-friendly, even for dining, though the beach right in front isn't one of the island's best, as we often found plastic and rubbish. However, the island is small, and it's easy to get around from here.

This hotel is almost at the end of the street, so it's quieter and calmer in the evenings than in the city center. I found the sea here to be excellent and quite clean. They have their own sun loungers, bean bags, and tables. Overall, the hotel has a beautiful, compact property that feels cozy. However, the bungalows themselves are very run-down inside, with very little space. The only wardrobe seems to be homemade and is falling apart. The sink looks like it's about to drop. Ants and cockroaches occasionally appeared. Otherwise, the air conditioning works well, and the bed is quite comfortable, even though it's metal. It's nice to sit on the terrace and have some tea. Still, at $45 a night, it's a bit pricey; some renovations are definitely needed. If you're just looking for a place to sleep, it's an okay option. The reception staff are very friendly and try their best to help – kudos to them!

The staff were incredibly noisy. They started shouting around 8 AM, making it impossible to sleep in. The hotel doesn't have its own generator, so when there's a power cut, they just throw up their hands and say, 'We didn't do it.' Without a working air conditioner, it was stifling hot at night and full of mosquitoes. Many hotels have their own generators, which really shows they care about their guests. You have to practically beg for free water, and the prices are just too high.
