I booked the Japanese-style plan, but since there was no bed selection, I was given a twin room in the main building, which wasn't shown in the image photos. I was quite surprised as I thought it would be a Japanese-style room. The main building hasn't been renovated, so the facilities feel old (some wallpaper is peeling). The breakfast buffet had a great variety of Japanese dishes and was absolutely delicious.

The hotel had all-you-can-drink alcohol and juice, and karaoke was also available. There was also a wide variety of breakfast options. They also provided free rentals of Othello and shogi, making it a very satisfying inn.

The drink service was excellent. The yakiniku at Kurohige was fantastic; all the cuts were delicious, and I was very satisfied. The bath was incredibly relaxing. Since I stayed for multiple nights, the cleaning on the second day was thorough and clean; thank you very much.

The hot springs were very relaxing and great to soak in. The food menu was extensive and very satisfying. All-inclusive with all-you-can-drink? Very satisfied! Most importantly, my family said they want to go again. We'll definitely be back.

I stayed here with my elderly family member. I called after making a reservation to ask for an additional chair in the Japanese-style room for my mother who has bad knees. The staff was very kind and changed us to a room with a chair, and it was very convenient because it was close to the elevator. Dinner was also booked at "Hige on the 1st floor," so we changed it to a buffet. The dinner buffet was smaller than the venue we used previously, but the quality of the food was very excellent, and there were many unusual dishes such as gomoku kamameshi, beef shabu-shabu, sea urchin, Peking duck, and grilled bamboo shoots. Everything was delicious and we were very satisfied. There was an all-you-can-drink option for drinks, including alcohol, but since we couldn't drink alcohol, the staff brought us hot tea. The shop has been reduced in size and turned into a lounge, where alcohol, soft drinks, popcorn, etc. were available for free. I would like to stay here with my husband next time. There were two hot springs, a large one and a comfortable open-air bath with natural spring water that was very relaxing and warming.

I stayed here at the end of the year. The food was a buffet, and it was very delicious. It was also nice that they had crab legs, rice pots and hot pots for one person. The baths were varied and satisfying.

客室は清潔でした。本館に宿泊しましたが、畳の劣化があり、ささくれが服に付着したり… オールインクルーシブで気兼ねなく飲酒！サイコーでした！ スタッフの対応も良く、挨拶や服装も清潔で好感が持てました！

My family and I stayed here over the New Year holidays. It was our first time back in 20 years. This time, we stayed in the main building, but the facilities were old. Apparently, the elevator in the annex broke down, and the main building's power was partially shut off for inspection, causing the water supply to be weak and unusable for a long period of time. I inquired at the front desk about the situation, but the only announcement made over the in-house announcement was an apology and explanation about the annex elevator and no information about the main building's toilets. The rooms and toilets are well-maintained, so please rest assured. We ate buffet meals both in the evening and in the morning. The selection and taste were average. The bath was spacious, and the water didn't have a hot spring smell, which I really liked. Although I didn't use it this time, there is an open-air standing bath. I highly recommend using it if you stay here.
