The room was spacious with a great view. It wasn't crowded, and the service was good, with very helpful staff. The location was also excellent, right across from a park and next to a shopping mall with plenty of restaurant options. The hotel breakfast, however, was just average.

The hotel is located right above a shopping mall, making it super convenient for shopping and dining. The mall also offers plenty of family-friendly activities, so if you're traveling with kids, this hotel is a must-choose. The room itself is spacious and very clean, and it even comes with a kitchen, washing machine, and dryer.

I rarely leave bad reviews, but this is an exception. I booked a two-bedroom, one-living room suite for three nights, costing over 6000. On the first night, a friend came over for dinner, and we ordered takeout. When the delivery arrived downstairs, I asked the front desk if the robot could bring it up. They said it would be a half-hour wait. So, I went down to pick it up myself, but there was too much to carry. I asked a staff member for help, and their reaction was an unbelievably disdainful and unwilling look on their face. The bed sheets and duvet covers weren't changed for all three nights. The washed dishes weren't even put away in the cupboards; they were just piled up everywhere. It was simply a mess, dirty and disorganized. The hotel environment is excellent. The rooms are bright, comfortable, and cozy, with great soundproofing. The surrounding amenities are complete, and the hotel staff are all very warm and attentive, providing excellent service. The front desk even upgraded our room for free, which was spacious and comfortable. Our stay was truly fantastic.

This stay exceeded our expectations! A big thanks to Manager Joey for the thoughtful arrangements throughout our trip. The room layout was perfect, very spacious with soft, natural light – it felt comfortable the moment we walked in. The room was spotlessly clean; not a speck of dust in any nook or cranny, the bedding smelled fresh, and the bathroom area was sparkling. It made us feel extra secure and at ease. Traveling with elderly family members, the biggest surprise was how complete the surrounding amenities were. The hotel is right next to Happy Harbor, which has everything you could need, including tons of restaurants to choose from. The central location made it super convenient to get everywhere, and our whole family had a fantastic time. The soundproofing throughout the entire hotel was excellent; it was incredibly quiet both day and night, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere. Whenever we needed anything, Joey was there – his message replies were super fast, and any issues were promptly and properly handled. He was always gentle, patient, and his service was both meticulous and incredibly attentive. Overall, our comfort level was through the roof. It's now our top choice for accommodation, and next time we bring our family to Shenzhen, we'll definitely book this apartment again. I genuinely recommend it to anyone traveling with family.

The decor felt a bit outdated, which made the cleanliness seem a bit lacking. The faucets in the room were a bit tricky to use, and there was a slight odor. On the plus side, the environment was lovely, and the pool and outdoor corridor on the third floor were great for a relaxing sit-down with garden views. However, breakfast was a letdown; there wasn't much variety, and the options were limited. They had freshly pulled beef noodles, but they were incredibly salty, and the noodle chef didn't seem very hygienic. After two days, one of the noodle bowls even tasted sour, so I stopped ordering them. Luckily, ordering takeout was very convenient, and a robot delivered it right to the room.

Got an upgrade to a corner room, which was especially cozy during the typhoon.
