Overall, the stay was decent! The room was a little squeezy but adequate for our needs. I was quite worried about the aircon after reading the reviews, but it was actually okay for most of our stay. On the last night, however, it felt a little warm as the aircon was blowing out warm air. The hotel did allow us to open the window to let in the cooler air, but it was a trade-off between having fresh, cool air with outside noise or keeping the windows closed and having a stuffy room. Thankfully, it wasn’t unbearably hot to the point that we couldn’t sleep.
One thing I really liked was how quiet the room was. The soundproofing was great, so we could rest without much disturbance.
However, the bathroom design could definitely be improved. Water splashed out of the shower area easily, leaving the entire bathroom floor wet. Even with a floor mat, it wasn’t enough to absorb all the water.
The lighting was also quite poor, especially in front of the full-length mirror. It would be great if the hotel could install an additional light there, as it would make getting ready much easier.
Overall, the stay was okay, but there is room for improvement, especially when it comes to the bathroom design, lighting and air-conditioning.
