Ramada by Wyndham Istanbul Old City

The location is great, with a tram stop right outside the hotel, making getting around very convenient. However, getting here from the airport requires several transfers, so I booked an airport transfer service through Ctrip for my departure. I had a tree-view room, and the window was blocked by trees. Overall, the room was still quite good. Just a suggestion: why does the music for the service/worship start at 5 AM?

The hotel is very clean, and the staff are cooperative. I will definitely repeat my visit.

The room was comfortable and spotless. The location is incredibly convenient, with multiple bus routes right outside, making it easy to get to all the city's attractions. Breakfast was abundant, and the service was excellent, especially Erguvan, who was enthusiastic, professional, and always helpful with a smile. There are also plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. I would definitely choose to stay here again if I have the chance.

I really liked this hotel. The room wasn't big, but it was cozy and had all the amenities. It was quite quiet at night. A huge plus is the tram stop right outside the hotel. You can take this tram to all the main attractions in Istanbul without getting stuck in traffic. The hotel staff are very responsive and always try to help with any issues. I'd like to specifically mention the restaurant. Although the breakfasts were the same every day, they were quite varied. Both adults and children found plenty to eat. The restaurant staff were very friendly. Special thanks to Erguvan (very friendly and with a wonderful smile), Dinger, and the Russian-speaking lady (unfortunately, I don't know her name). In the evenings, there are places nearby to go out for dinner, even outside the hotel. There's also a shop nearby. I definitely recommend it.

We booked a total of 5 nights, split into two separate reservations, both for executive king rooms. The bizarre thing was that we checked in at 11 PM on the first day, and then at 8 AM the next morning, they informed us that we were given the wrong room and needed to switch! After a 10+ hour flight to Istanbul, this was the last thing we needed. After we moved rooms, Trip.com offered to compensate us with some points... but what good are points to me? I went there to spend money, not to get upset and then be offered points by Trip.com in return.
