Pool closed with no prior notice on this website, staff rude, room dirty, breakfast was disgusting

They ran out of some of the hot breakfast and also cleaned our room without providing enough towels for us to take a shower. :(

I booked a double queen and when I checked in I was told I got changed to a king room. I also told them I specifically booked two 2 beds for a reason and they would not change my room and said that there was no other rooms with two queen beds available. Also, my room was not cleaned however, when I left the next day to go to my function, I came back with no towels in the room at all so someone went in my room and did not replace fresh towels.

Hotel rooms have very thin walls and you can hear people walking around above you. Also, hear the tv playing next to you.

Great breakfast choices. The pool was quite chilly. The room was very clean, comfortable, and the mattress was awesome!

I accidentally confused the hotel's location and made a reservation for the wrong address. I realized my mistake immediately and attempted to cancel the booking, but the process dragged on significantly; it wasn't until the third day that I received a notification stating the hotel would issue a refund, but would deduct a cancellation fee.
