I liked the location - it is perfect: 24/7 convenience store next door; ATM with 3500 krw fee for international cash advance; numerous public eating points (street food) and purely shopping shopping shopping. Lotte 12 story department store walking distance. A superb 🥰❤️🔥 Seoul creek with herons flying in and catching fish 🐟😜 Hotel itself is tier 3 of the Lotte line (higher ones are premium priced) but offers reasonable shared amenities: laundry 🧺 (5000 krw for 1 drier or 1 washing machine; 1000 krw for detergent + drier sheet; ONLY cash and ONLY 1000 krw, but with free 🆓 cash exchange machine (10000 or 5000 -＞ 10x or 5x 1000 krw) & Steam iron & normal iron. P.S. apparently either hotel guests leave washing machine door shut or hotel staff does not do a good job of cleaning 🧽 🧹 them so most of them stink disgustingly 🤢 Also, I was given an extra 1 hour to check out for free 🆓 which was nice 😊 Everything else was not so worth describing

Great location right by Myeongdong Station. Ideal for first-time visitors who want quick transit and easy access to everything. Staffs speak great English, and check-in was fast. Rooms are clean and modern. The rooftop foot spa after a full day of walking is a great touch. Solid stay overall!

Fantastic location it's super convenient and only a few minutes walk to mtr. Very good service, especially the staff on ground floor would even help guest to press the elevator buttons. Front desk staff is also very helpful.

The room was bright and clean, and the bedding was comfortable, so I slept really well. The front desk staff were friendly, and overall it was great value for money. The room was also spacious and quite roomy! The bathroom had no unpleasant odors, making for a worry-free and comfortable stay. The location is fantastic! The hotel is right in the Myeongdong shopping area. To the left of the hotel entrance is a subway station, and to the right is the airport bus stop. The room isn't very big, but the soundproofing is decent. The room door is quite heavy, and I barely heard any noise from guests coming and going from the elevator, even though my room was near it. The price was a bit high during peak season.

Great service! Signed up as member and received a welcome pack. Location is amazing as it is right at myeongdong, next to the main road, and just steps away from the airport bus bus stop. Amenities and cleanliness were up to standard, and for its location, the room was of a decent size, but toilet was quite squeezy. It also overlooked the namsan tower so view was great.
