Trilogy Hotel Montgomery, Autograph Collection

The staff was nice and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. Would stay again if I were ever in Montgomery again and would recommend to others as well.

Second time staying here and probably last. Tried to book room thru their website. Was more than ******* and wouldn’t match and I’m a Marriott member and still wouldn’t do anything. So booked thru *******. Room was dusty and didn’t even give new glasses after we used them. Then 2x our key card stopped working. Asked to talk to a manager. Was given a number to call. Called and it just rang so couldn’t leave a number. Then called and asked front desk to have someone call back. Still nothing. Hotel is nice and great location but maybe want to check elsewhere

Great location Near legacy museum and some good/great restaurants. The decor at the hotel was Wonderful and really felt like a boutique hotel

We enjoyed our stay at Trilogy. The hotel, staff, property was outstanding in every way. Highly recommend this hotel!

While the hotel looks nice and is generally clean, dealing with the staff was very difficult. I was overcharged and had to spend weeks contacting them repeatedly to get a refund. It was a frustrating and time-consuming experience. It will be very hard for me to stay at this hotel again.

The room was adequate, but it was absolutely impossible to open two suitcases unless one was on the bed. The rooftop restaurant was very disappointing. We were tired and just wanted a halfway decent meal, but what we received was well below par. Do NOT recommend.

This is a beautiful hotel. However, there were at least 6 trains that passed through over night and early morning blowing loud train horns so I didn’t rest well.

This was my second stay at this hotel. The rooms are lovely and comfortable, the on site dining is great, and the staff is all top notch. True hospitality here. I highly recommend it.

Beautiful clean room/suite! extremely helpful, excellent staff.... hot chocolate and hot cider at the front desk at night a wonderful stay.... And when I left my jacket behind, they found it and helped arrange for a speedy delivery to my home! highly recommended!!
