My wife and I have visited Spa’s all over the world and have experienced both good and bad. This falls somewhere in the middle. Let’s start with the facilities. The whole place is like something from a fairy tale, and is extremely worthy of the 5 star rating for this alone. Where it lets itself down. 1. The staff do jut enough and aren’t overly friendly or attentive. You are left to your own devices, we weren’t shown around and didn’t really feel welcomed. 2. The Massage wasn’t anything special and didn’t reflect the price. It’s an experience that I’m glad we did, if for nothing other than the facilities.

Outstanding Property. Service beyond excellent. Nothing too much trouble for the staff . Gym is a little small but in the bigger scheme of things Cap Rocat is excellence personified .

What an absolutely amazing 50th BD celebration! The service here is responsive, intuitive and gracious. The hospitality, breakfast in your room and concierge services are some of the most personal we’ve experienced. The rooms are stunning. We stayed in the Suite Cap Rocat and the Sentinel. The Suite Cap Rocat was spacious, well-equipped and the day bed had a wonderful view. The Sentinel room left us speechless and will be the reason we return. HIGHLY recommend Cap Rocat!

Stayed for 3 nights in room 44. Good sized room. Fantastic views from the private terrace and a good place to have breakfast. Dined at Seaclub. Decent food again with great views but they need to really work on staff communicating the no photo policy appropriately and not being abrupt and absolutely rude about it. Additionally suggested 2-3 more ways to effectively communicate as apparently it’s a new policy that has been rolled out. Small placards have been placed on the table but I as a guest is not going to read this as a first thing when seated. I rather absorb the ambience, view followed by a drink. Hotel did apologise by placing a bottle of wine in the room which was a decent gesture. A car is good to have if you want to drive around to different parts of the island.

Our evening at Cap Rocat was, without question, one of the worst and most disappointing luxury-hotel experiences we have ever had. We paid approximately €1,000 for one evening, and what we received in return was unacceptable on almost every level. The food was extremely oily and poorly executed. The menu included pork and an octopus dish that was practically swimming in oil. Since we were unhappy with the available options, we politely asked whether it would be possible to order a steak or beef fillet instead. We were rejected immediately and very bluntly and were told that this was simply not possible. What made the situation completely absurd was that the guests at the neighbouring table were served a beautiful steak shortly afterwards. Apparently, it was possible for them — just not for us. No explanation, no effort to accommodate us, and no sign of genuine hospitality. The service throughout the evening was equally poor. The staff were unfriendly, inattentive and far from the standard one would expect from a supposedly high-end hotel. Drinks were poured incorrectly and carelessly, dishes were mixed up, and the wrong food was served. At one point, we briefly went to the restroom and the staff continued serving the table in our absence instead of waiting. There was no attention to detail, no warmth, no professionalism and absolutely no feeling that the guests mattered. For this price, the entire evening felt insulting. Cap Rocat presents itself as an exclusive luxury destination, but our experience was the exact opposite: overpriced, unwelcoming and shockingly poorly managed. A COMPLETE RIP-OFF.

We just checked out of this beautiful hotel. One MAJOR issue - our $6000 plus’s per night room had not air Xo dictionary when we checked in Mallorca is extremely hot. I told the staff when we walked in our room it was not working and they could address it when we went to our late dinner on premises. We returned to a scalding hot room. We called again with the expectation they would change our room. They instead offered to send maintenance at now midnight - if they could not fix it during dinner and did not change our room - why would they invite them at midnight after a 12 plus hour travel day. We sweated through the night. They finally fixed the next day. When I checked out I told the manager I would not pay for that night. He blamed us for letting them know too late - I told him about our complaint when they put us in the room. He then blamed us for not allowing a crew in at midnight. They took 10 percent off that night - joke. I get it - things happen, but for 6000 plus a night - you address the issue immediately, switch rooms or worst case, refund the night. For a hotel of this quality - the manager was rude and not helpful. Plenty of beautiful spots to stay in Mallorca. Part of what you pay so much for is for issues like this to be immediately resolved with humility and kindness. Not arrogance and attitude. Skip this place.
