Ventilation noise in the room too early in the morning, Pauline very good masseuse, Spa very pleasant and clean, cookies, drinks available are excellent, Enzo and the drivers are very competent and attentive, Alise at the reception is full of energy and good suggestions, there is a lack of a gym, breakfast at 43.- per person is expensive. Why not include it for 50.- euro for 2 in the reservation for example? Monday morning, there was only one person at the reception, it is too little. The rooms are cluttered with old furniture and impractical for storing equipment and ski clothes. The housekeeper was very attentive and arranged the small room for us so as to have more space and a desk to work on the computer. The recommendations for restaurants on the slopes and in the evening were always good. The Maya Altitude is the only one to offer a coffee and croissant for 10.-

It's funny though, I left a negative review after a stay with my wife for my wedding anniversary and it disappeared... In fact, I don't understand why in a stay with a night meal and breakfast for more than 1100 euros, fried eggs for breakfast are extra... an egg costs 20 cents... Be serious though...

O hotel é simplesmente maravilhoso! Uma equipe excepcional, estrutura incrível. O restaurante do hotel oferece uma experiência indescritível e com um serviço impecável! O cuidado com o hóspede é impressionante. Amamos e recomendamos. Fica a sugestão de introduzirem TVs com tecnologia para Netflix e outros aplicativos. Impossível não amar esse lugar no inverno.
