Although it's not right next to Kyoto Station, it's just a minute's walk from Kujo Station, and there's a shuttle bus to Kyoto Station in the mornings, so transportation is absolutely no problem.
The hotel's surroundings are quiet, and the room was clean and tidy, more spacious than I expected. The bedding was also very comfortable.
The large public bath is a big plus; it wasn't crowded and was very spacious. I made sure to go every night to relax and unwind.

Clean and well-run hotel with small onsen facilities. Onsen has 2 pools for dips. Breakfast has a good spread. Had been to kyoto a few times so decided to stay somewhere outside of kyoto city center. If you are looking for a restful and quiet area, can consider this hotel. Has shuttle to kyoto station which is a much welcome service if you are handling many luggages.

The hotel location is great, only two metro stops away from Kyoto station. There are plenty of restaurants and a 24 hour grocery store nearby. The room was spacious and comfortable. The only issue was the bathroom smelled bad. We asked for the room to be changed, and the staff changed the room immediately for us. There was also free shuttle service from and to Kyoto Station, which was quite convenient when traveling with luggage.

Love the location of this hotel. It's situated in a neighborhood that is very peaceful and it is only 2 stations away from kyoto which takes approx 2 mins. The stationto disembark is Jujo and be sure to exit at gate 4 for the elevator.
The bedroom size is huge and bed is super comfortable! Love their public bath as well! Their shampoo and shower gel is of premium quality.
They also offer a luggage delivery service from hotel to hotel. There is also a souvenir shop downstairs which is super convenient! The staff is also super helpful and they could converse in English as well.
I will definitely come here again for my stay next time.

The room was spacious and clean, and having a large public bath was a big plus. The bath itself was a good size, so I never had to wait for a shower or a hairdryer. I also appreciated being able to check the bath's crowdedness on the room's TV.
The hotel's proximity to both the train station and a convenience store was incredibly convenient.
