Iroom Boutique House

I arrived quite late the first night and stayed in room number 4. This room was pitifully small, dimly lit, the sheets were patched up, and there were no slippers. The window wouldn't close, and the air conditioner was very noisy. Overall, the cleanliness was acceptable, and the front desk staff were very friendly. The next day, dissatisfied with the room, I contacted Ctrip, and they notified me in the morning that I had been moved to a room on the third floor. However, when I returned in the evening, I was told that the room had been changed again, and this time it was split into two rooms (there were no more twin rooms). I expressed my dissatisfaction, and the owner simply said that if we didn't stay, we could get a refund, which was very unfriendly. In the end, I had no choice but to stay in rooms 3 and 5. The windows and doors in these rooms couldn't be closed properly; they could be opened easily. Room 5 had the constant sound of a water pump running all night, making it impossible to sleep. Overall, the experience was extremely poor. I don't know where the 4.8 rating came from? The only good thing was that it was very close to Nimman Road, and the Thai breakfast was passable.

It was so good that Ding stayed another night.
